My husband bought me a combo trial pack of Garcinia Cambogia and a Power Cleanse back in July 2014. To cancel it the subscription he had to return and empty bottle and a tracking number. So in August he sent it back as the directions said. He called to give them their postal tracking number and they said o.k. Well he got the bottle back in the mail with return to sender so he called them to find out why and the man stated there was no record of my husband even in their computers. So he figured he was in the clear. Well he got charged 49.95$ in August,September,October,November and as of yesterday 12-09-14. And none of these months he never received a product once. He is always on top of his bills so he is aware of what was happening every time so he would call and dispute and they would refund them.
