I ordered the ebook "Powerful Sleep" by Kacpar Postawski from the internet. The site says, "as soon as payment is processed, it is an automatic download". I ordered the book along with the "gold package" containing other ebooks and paid through Paypal.
I did not receive the download. I checked my spam box and nothing. I emailed the company twice and heard nothing.
Then began looking online if it was a fraudulant company. Other people have not received their book either.
I called Kasper Postawski company and they said they were not affiliated with Powerfulsleep.co and actually the book and his name were stolen by somebody else and have been dealing with this issue for a while.
I filed a dispute with Paypal to get my money back and talked with customer service about the book being stolen. They said if Kacper would call in and verify this they would shut down the account. I called Kacper Postawski company back and the woman at customer service did not know what I was talking about so she gave me over to another representative.
The new representative said that they were not affiliated with Powerful Sleep.com and that it was not true about the fraud or people complaining to them.
Now it seems like both companies are shady. Beware if you are looking into purchasing this book or dealing with Kacper Postawski's other companies.
