I am writing this letter regarding a service I received from Precision Construction & Charities, 103 Milwood Ln, San Antonio, TX. 78216.
I contracted with this company to build a concrete patio with integral color of smoke, install four white stone benches 14"x 36", install a 35' sidewalk and install three 36" flat black wrought iron fence sections. The job was contracted on 9/24/13 and the job was started on 10/1/13. Mr. Samuel Mathews had not completed the work.
I paid $5,715.90 for this service. Payment was made by check, number 1365, 1369, & 1371, dated October 02, 2013, October 08, 2013 & October 24, 2013 respectively.
I contacted Samuel Mathews on November 13, 2013, and explained that the service was unsatisfactory. His response was that he could not complete the required work and agreed to refund me $3000.00 of my monies. As of 12/5/13, I have not received the funds and Mr. Mathews will not respond to my telephone calls or text messages! Failure to receive an appropriate response to this problem has prompted me to write directly to you.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving my complaint. I would like to receive a partial refund from Precision Construction & Charities of the full in the amount of $3000.00.
