Miami base company coming up to west palm beach to bother local residents at a free night out in the community hosted by the community. booting cars at random. if they are going to boot cars they need to do all not pick and choose. scammers/scumbag company-
If I could put no stars I would. I paid my fee, put the ticket on the dashboard and was booted, forced to pay 89$ for something that isn't my fault... ridiculous. Do not park at 54 ne 2nd ave... even if you pay they will boot you!
I was with my sister in law & we parked in a public parking lot in Coconut Grove FL. We paid the required $6.00 all day fee via automated parking machine & received a ticket stub that was placed on dashboard on drivers side.
After having a lovely afternoon.we returned to the car ~ 4 hours later & found the car booted (on both front & rear drive'rs tires) with a large orange sticker advising that in order to get the boots removed we would have to pay $89.00 fee & call the number listed.
We immediately called the Miami police dept. because it was as if someone was actually holding us up & not letting us leave until we paid him $89.00. After waiting over an hour; the thief returned to the scene of the crime & released our car to us. We felt extorted & paid under duress in order to get the car released, which it was after paying the fee with a Visa card.
