On March 11, 2014 I made a Reservation for Parking (3 vehicles, 12 people). For our cruise which was March 21-29.

When we arrived to the Parking Facility Fri march 21 around 12:15.We drove into the lot, I showed attendant that we have reservations, showed paper, and she showed us where to park, 3 cars seperated a few cars away from each other..no big deal.

As we were getting our stuff out I could hear people yelling and gettin verbally upset, in which from what I could see there was about 100 or so people waiting for a couple hours already ..We waited about 20 mins in which the contract or at least representation on website was a shuttle every 15-20 minutes.

I asked the lady where the shuttles are and how many you have, She explained we have only 2 and we are doing the best we can (Its only 5 mins away to the port). I asked her are we going to have time to get to the ship before 3 pm. She says everyone will make it but i cant guarantee it. She said if you dont want to wait until the shuttles come back you can go find a taxi but your eating the cost we are not responsible. I got a little worried, So I Took my baggage and I started to walk to the port leaving the rest of my people waiting.. I was walking down to the port as my brother followed behind me about 10 min later..He stated that they are figuring out how to get to the port..As we were walking a couple voluntereed to bring us the rest of the way to the port which we were halfway there. And lets just say the whole tim I was walkin only saw 1 shuttle bus that was it.

When we got to the port I called my parents and the rest of the group and basically told them to drop our group off with the vehicles we had and go park them again..My brother did that and he had to Run back because no shuttles were in sight and he almost missed the cuise..

At the time we were waiting for our group I called The Premier Parking and told them what was going on and if they have more shuttles and they have over 100 popele waiting for hours and they said you would have to wait and hung up.....I called back and no one answered.

I called the day we came back and a couple days after and no response from anyone. We were very disappointed in this place as we had an elderly gentlemen in our group who could barely walk and alot of baggage.

Our services were not rendered as the description stated on website and it was false advertisement..This started our vacation on a poor note as we drove from Springfield, Ma down to New Jersey and when we got off the ship we had 2 of our people get off really early to go and get a couple vehicles just in case shuttles were not there..and needless to say they were not there when we called to tell them we were off the ship.
