Premium Promotions Reviews

Premium Promotions with Michael Phillips and Kevin Carter is a total scam!!!! Please for the love of God do not give them a single penny of your money. Their claim is that they are sending off a major mailer giving you an opportunity to invest in "spots" in $500 increments up to 8 individually or 12 as a couple or groups of two or more people. In return in 3 months time after the promotion is over you will receive 10X your initial investment. They also avdertise using the logos of reputable companies such as Target, K Mart, Walmart, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Sam's Club, Costco, Best buy, Shell, and several other retailers as their retail partners. In the mailer that they send out and use to prey on people they even have the audacity to include 3 testimonies with phone numbers and names of people who claimed to have participated in the previous mailing and received their money. I have to say they try to create a sense of security to assure you of the legitimacy of this scam.

They promise that if nothing else you will at the very least receive your intial investment back. I stupidly believed this and gave them $3500 in a check by phone transaction. Further they hold a membership with the US Chambers of Commerce which means absolutely NOTHING. When I called them they stated that they maybe members but they cannot monitor them.

They say the pay out date is for the mailer that I participated in was due to pay out July 28 in the written mail piece I originally received however, I received a letter in the mail from them showing that the letter had been sent from Santa Clarita CA around June 28th saying that my Premium Promotions results package will be shipped between June 28th and July 3rd. As of today July 18th I have yet to receive anything from them further their phones are now going straight to a recording stating that there are no more mailing spots available for this promotion and that if you are a mailing partner you should receive your package by June 28th. You no longer have any way to reach these people.

They will come back using a different name and promotion. Please warn ALL others of this so that they do not become victims. When I called the Better Business Bureau they said no complaints have been filed against them.

Please join me in filing a complaint against them with

The Better Business Bureau

State of California Attorney General

Postmaster General

I tried to include the links to the websites here but was unable to. Please just type them in Google and they should come up.

Best of luck to you all. If we all work on this we could at the very least spare someonelse from not only having their money stolen from them but from the disappointment of not receiving what they expeccted and simply a continual lack of faith in people to do the right thing.

In March of 2014, I received a promotional package in the mail talking about making money by purchasing mailing spots going for $500 each. They claimed that in order to make any money, they recommend that you purchased at least two spots ($1000). They also list several people with phone numbers who have purchased spots and have made a substantial return on their initial investment. I must admit that I did not perform my due diligence by checking to see if this company PREMIUM PROMOTIONS had any previous complaints.

I should have become suspicious when they only accepted money orders or cashier checks with a note saying NO Personal Checks Accepted for the redemption of this certificate. I sent them a money order for $100. I phoned them several times after 1 week and was told that it takes 4-6 weeks to process the gift cards.

On April 21, 2014 I received some correspondence from them saying that that apologize for the delay in fulfilling my order, because Walmart has been delayed in getting us the gift cards and gift cards vouchers but they have assured them that they will receive the inventory by June 1st. To make up for the delay, PREMIUM PROMOTIONS issued me an additional $1000 worth of gift cards, vouchers and certificate for only $100. "I DON'T THINK SO." I will not send these scum bags another penny but will also file a complaint with the district Attorney's office so that they can be prosecuted and shut down and hopefully ordered to pay restitution to all of the victims of their scheme!
