I have called this company to service my ATU septic tank (first time since I have bought the house two years ago).
They cam, I have told them what kind of syste is (ATU aerobic system with aerator),a nd the started to dig a big hole (3'x3'), removing the lawn in front of my house, in order to pump out the sludge. After a while they realized they don't know the system and have called somebody (I don't know who) and told me that this system does not need pumping and the whole mess they created to my lawn was unnecessary. They have done a very luozy job in filling back the hole, and at the end they charged me $225. I replied that this amount was exhorbitant, but Mr Price replied this is what it is.
I have moved from California last year, and I am not used with this sort of practices. Please investigate the matter.
