This company is horrible and it is not Accredited by the BBB or even listed in their directoy. The Company previously went by the name All Vending Machine Locators. That same company has a F Rating in the BBB. Stay away far away! Avoid getting into business with Prime Vending Locations. They took my money and provided absolutely no locations. That should be considered to be theft or fraud and not as a daily business function. When did stealing your customers money become a legal business practice? Maybe management can explain. Do not use this company unless you are comfortable with wasting your time and hard earned money.
I contracted with them in February to find me two locations for my vending machines. I've been contacting them over and over since that time to state that nothing is being done about it. They assure me they will get on it, and they have someone assigned to me for one day and then I never hear from them again. I've left several emails and phone calls and they have my $500 deposit and have not provided me with the service they agreed to.
I ordered two locations for two small machines and I was told I would receive leads within 5-7 days and didn't get a single response for over three weeks. Now that I've asked for my money back they are not getting back to me, extremely unprofessional. Anyone else have issues with these guys?

My name is Peter Milazzo, Owner of Prime Vending Locations. This is a rebuttal to the complainst filed against my company. It is very easy to just make accusations and not even provide any way for us to be able to resolve the issue. Who knows? This post could easily be a competitor of ours that is trying to smear us and that's much of the problem with the Internet. Anyone can post anything they want on the Net and not have to back it up with a shred of evidence.
