Order a picture printed on Jan 29 2014. Still had not received by Feb 11 2014. They said they mailed it and it came back as undeliverable, which is ridiculous considering this is a business address that I receive thousands of pieces of mail at...and I've never had a problem from any other purchases. Contacted them to find out where my order was, and the lady read back the address, which was correct, but said that it didn't include the suite number, so it was returned.
Absolutely obsurd, again, the USPS, UPS, and Fedex deliver tens of thousands of pieces of mail to this company per year...impossible that is the reason. They told me if I wanted them to resend that I had to pay another delivery fee. I did not have time to fight-the-fight, as this was a gift for someone's birthday. I said, fine, now send me the print asap. March 27th, and I still do not have the order, and I've totally missed the person's birthday.
I contact them again asking where my order is. The lady says, oh, I see where it's due to ship out today...yeah right!!! Today is April 1 2014, I finally receive a shipment and it's not even mine. I have someone else's wedding album. Oh my God, I am absolutely livid. I have sent them a very scathing email and have demanded all my money back, they can keep it at this point. I will never do business with these people again, and strongly suggest you never either. It's a total scam.
