Procell Motorsports Reviews

I noticed my scooter was bogging down in the morning before work. I called a parts dealer and a friend and asked them what they thought the problem was and both of them and I thought maybe it was the valves, and they just needed an adjustment or a quick air fuel tune up. I did not have time to do it myself because i had to work or else i gladly would have because I have no problem working on it myself. I thought "hey its worth 69 dollars for a diagnostic to see whats wrong and maybe the 96 dollar an hour labor charge because ill make that if I go into work instead of working on it myself".

I was very wrong, I payed for the diagnostic and left the scooter for a day because they promote a same day service slogan. I was notified later that my scooter had the worng carburater which it did not because it was in a shop previously in california and after was working phenominal. I said to myself "screw it i'll pay for the new carb and maybe il'll get better performance". I was very wrong. I went to go pick up my scooter and it would not even make it off the lot!.

Died, bogged down, wouldn't start, high idle, you name it. It was utterly ridiculous. I was told it was because my engine was old and had minimum compression to much oil and blah blah, a thousand excuses instead of just one good result. It actually ran 10 times BETTER before i brought it in to get worked on! And the worst part is I specifically asked them to adjust the valves because I was almost sure that was the only issue and after i was going to be late to work because of all their excuses I decided to pay and just get my scooter back to make it to work.

I couldn't take the scooter to work because it would not go over 20mph which is illegal on my streets so i rode my bicycle. I was angry as ever. Brought the scooter to my garage and opened the valve cover and noticed the valves were not even touched! I adjusted them myself after noticing. I checked the air fuel mix and it was tuned way to rich! I fixed that myself after noticing. Three screws were missing which were supposed to keep my seat down! So I had to replace those.

After finishing that process I did my first test run and the problem was fixed!. I was happy until I remembered thinking, " Why did i pay those crooks to fix anything?". They lied about diagnosing the problem because they would have known the problem, They lied about the same day service, They lied about how they are reputable mechanics, They risked my safety by not returning all screws back to original place to hold seat down, They lied about the diagnostics, They gave it to me worse than when i brought it in and lied about my engine, They lied about the oil, They lied about basically everything.

An honest repair shop or any mechanic wouldn't do any of this. How do they own a service shop and scooter sales store but a man that doesnt have a dmv certification or mechanical schooling can do a better job than these thiefs?. And I say thiefs because taking somebody's money is a thief. They have a no-refund policy, so basically if they can fix it or not your still going to pay to bad for you because you don't have the advantage of a business licence and all the other legal do dads to back you up.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, OUTRAGEOUS PRICES, BAD LOCATION, AND RAN BY AMATEUR MECHANICS WHO DON"T CARE FOR YOUR SAFETY!.

Sincerely, Aaron Rodriguez
