Prodermagenix Reviews

They were supposed to send out a free sample with me only having to pay for shipping. I called them and canceled and was told they would not charge me again.. and today I received another charged another 60.00 dollar charge! This is a total scam and should NOT be allowed!

I was trying to get additional credits in a Double Down Casino online game. One of the requirements was completion of a survey. One of the options was Free sample of ProDermagenix Anti-Aging Serum. The only thing I was supposed to pay was postage. When I checked my bank statement, I had been charged $59.50 and $24.95 for the two items. I called the company and after much angry complaining on my part, the company agreed to refund my money which they did. I haven't heard anything from them, but again on 5/31/15 I have, once again been charged $59.50. I am filing this complaint with you and am going to call the company and try to resolve this issue. In my opinion, this is a total scam. I have only seen it in association with Double Double Down Casino.

I was on a find freebies website, when I saw tjat Dermagenix was offering a free bottle of anti aging serium for free if you pay the $7.00 postage. I used my credit card and it was immediately charged. About a week layer I received the product. It came with a packing invoice, no return label or address. I tried it a few times when a week later my credit card was charged $129.00. What??? I immediately called my credit cards co. to dispute it. I also called Dermagenix. They had a very unproffessional sounding message on they're answering machine and they were closed for the thanksgiving weekend. I called again on Monday and taled to someone who told me that it was a trial bottle and I had 2 weeks to try it from the time I ordered it. It didn't say that in thier ad. And I find it ridiculous that they woulg give you less than a week to try it and send it back. I did get it credited back to my card though and I sent it back after I got the address from them . But I still ended up paying $7.00 for shipping to get it and $3.05 to send it back. I feel lucky it wasn't worse. This product and Co. is a ripoff if you see thier ad run away!!!

I was of the understanding it was a free sample for only paying shipping, then found out they had taken 89.34 from my bank account, after calling to complain was told that I had to return the product. then after talking to them today I checked my bank account and found they had taken another 89.34 from my bank account. I am calling my bank in the morning to stop this..I did use a debit card unfortunately!

I don't even recall the name Prodermagenix. When I called about the $129 taken out of my account, I told them I received no product and was not even given a trial time.

I told them I wanted my money back. I was told what day I ordered the product and he gave me all my personal information. I again told him I do not recall ordering this product and had no free trial and wanted my money back.

He told me I could submit a picture on their website and get 50% off I told him no, I want my money back. He stated they could only offer me the 50% off.

He finally said that yes, they would refund $129, if I would pay the 4.50, I said yes. He said that I would see a credit to my account.

I looked at my account and I seen an additional 65.40 taken out and no credit. I will call back. I am furious

I ordered the trail size. The product is just an oil and does not help my skin in any way.

I tried to contact the company by going to the website and by phone to cancel. The website is not available and

the phone number says I cannot call their number.

I want this product canceled from my credit card. This company needs to be investigated for fraud.

I need to report a scam that prodermagenix is passing off. i was told that the trial bottle of the wrinkle jell was free but they needed my info to pay the S&H, $4.95. i hadn't recieved the trial bottle yet and i was being billed over $50.00. i got their number from my bank and i called them to discontinue, i did not want them to be charging me because i could not afford it. they told me that if i wrote something on prodermagenix on facebook that for $15. they could send me next months supply and that it would be a complete months worth. i really didn't want to because i hadn't even been able to try the first initial trial bottle.

this july 3, 2014 they took $15.?? but the problem is that i have not recieved any other product. it is now the 19th of july and i don't think they are going to mail me anything and i don't want them to take any more money from my bank account. i believe that since they only billed me on the 3rd and i recieved nothing for it that they should give me a refund. please help me get my refund and let all the people know out there that prodermagenix just has a good scam going on. i am on a low fixed income and don't appreciate scams that just take advantage of people. please help me get my money back. thank u.

I responded to an on-line ad for amazing skin care that would help with facial skin aging(wrinkles). Signed up for a 14-day trial for shipping charges. I understood that if I liked the product, I would receive a month's supply and then be charged $89.00. Not true: I was charged the $89.00 on my credit card for the 14-day trial. I called and cancelled my account upon learning of this on April, 12, 2014.
