This company did stop foreclosure of my house & lowered my mortgage payment by $150/mo, however, they did NOT help with a loan modification, they were NOT agressive enough & I NEVER had the opportunity to actually discuss any issues with an actual attorney. They throw all the work to the paralegal. She was pleasant to work with but did not have the clout that the attorney would have had. Overall, they are just ripping people off!! Find a REAL law firm if you need help.
