PL Clothing is the result of a clothing pirate. Ms. Rory Span yes she is a women purchases jerzy tee shirts cuts off the sleeves and sews on pockets and sleeves with different type of fabrics. Her new collection has come straight from sammydresses and other cheap over seas outlets. She basically adds a stripe sews in her label and wha-la hence you have psychotic legend clothing. Altering already manufactured clothing does not a designer make.
So I purchased two shirts online at this website: psychoticlegend.com. Firstly, I received the package 3 wks after purchasing the items when the shipping stated 3-5 business days. The shipping label showed the name of the company with no return address or return label inserted that are included normally when purchasing from a company. I received the package and noticed the clothing was heavily misrepresented on the website. The leather was faux which was confirmed by a local leather retailer. The clothing was very thin and wore away much faster than real leather.
The "leather" began to tear/rip 2 wks after purchased and wearing it twice. The animal prints were incorrectly stitched and looked cheap. I should've known something was wrong because the prices were much higher for a no name brand. After more research, I also noticed that the website had no business contact information (phone or email), no privacy policy or disclaimers which are required by all websites. I had no one to complain to about my customer experience with these products. Warning: DO NOT purchase from this company. With no contact information, for all I know, My money went down the drain.
I recently became involved in Rory Spann's line of clothing Psychotic Legend. Rory told me that this consumer was reimbursed without sending back the merchandise. Rory spoke to this person who filed the complaint over the phone. A refund via PayPal was issued. Please investigate this complaint further. Psychotic Legend is in the process of updating its website and becoming stronger operationally. This person complaining may be facing legal action from Psychotic Legend if this issue does not have a future retraction. They were reimbursed!!!!!
