I purchased a vehicle on 4/9 from a man in which seemed to be trustworthy, I of course saved up being a single mother 3000 to out down to get me a nice vehicle the first car I look at is one that i was pto drive and got it shoved sown my throat I felt high pressure and a huge line of bullshit, the a c didn't work to start they honored fixing that there was a scratch on the door as if some Keyed the car and that was half ass repaired to get me out of there here for it was writing on paper! I did not have a warranty because it apparently was only available if I wanted to pay 1500 more which I obviously couldn't afford!
I had the car for three weeks and it started running really bad which of course there are mechanical issues that happen to cars, however this car was so stale like someone smoke fourty cartons of cigarettea in it and was sucking down gas to the point I could barley drive 35 mI on thirty twenty bucks, this car was making me mad feom the get go. I am driving down the road down the road not even going 20 miles an hour and all of a sudden the car starts jerking chugging and dies I drove it immediately back to Toyota, made the sales men get in the car test drive it himself.
After barely making it back to Toyota he then has the nerve to say there must be bad gas I'll get my guys to look at it that you have to pay for him to run a test, I am upset and tell him I am not paying for anything rhos should have been looked at aren't you a dealership? He then proceeds to tell my boyfriends oh when it gets hot it vapor locks this day was a very hot day for the first time this summer however we were able to go and pay for antifreeze replaced that and it still did it and was told that they could trade it out for something else. I go back the next day to test drive a different vehicle to trade it for I found one I was interested in and it was a little more than what I was paying for the original car.
I was under the impression that they were able to take care of me as in the words of their manager Cory , Ryan is a very nice guy however he wasn't there for me to be able to speak my mind too! when they drew up numbers apparently I would have to pay $230 more per month in order to be able to finance the other car and including more dealer handling fees taxes and of course his commission for him not to lose his money! I am now sitting at my house with the same car due to the fact that my sales rep started a fight and threatened to knock my boyfriend out and called him a punk, then chucked my car keys as hard as he could across the parking lot almost hitting a vehicle while his manager just stared and laughed.
I was so out of my mind confused and upset I didn't say a word it was like a movie!! How do people get away with these things? who runs a business that is supposed to be a corporation? I will go to the top of Toyota and make sure that I have a vehicle that runs correctly and that I am owed for my effort and inconvience and safety! I am taking the vehicle to a napa certified 15 Year mechanic who will let me know if there is A fuel line recall or what type of mess this is giving me!! I am responsible for 11000 dollars and being charged 17 interest.
At this rate that they could get me "done" which is understandable if it is based on your credit but it doesn't make it right to take $3000 out of someone's hand and leave them with this huge debt! Stay tuned for more info on my storie I cant drive the vehicle with stalling in dead traffic and if it blows up which I hope it does Toyota will pay I know they think that a finance company owns me now, but guess what you are wrong I am not stupid like you"meatheads" think. I am smarter than most people with a doctrine and will put you to SHAME. All you had to do was take care of me and not play me like a pack of laughing hyenas who laugh behind your back.
