vital brilliance and krill

I ordered these products after listening to them on the radio. I am calling them Monday because it is not doing a thing for me. if there is going to be a lawsuit filed, I think the radio station should be part of the suit. I hope I get my money back!

I ordered purity products FREE bottle of HA and and got a bottle of Omega 3 also

according to their ad I ionly needed to pay shipping, while ordering they told me I could try the product and if I didnt like it I could cancel the order after recieving the product within two weeks, I tried the product it didnt do any good for me. so I called and canceled, no problem Right? except They charged my card 187.00 for my free bottles. one 90 capsules one 120.

that's right folks 187.00 dollars for two bottles, when I called them to find out why they charged so much or why they charged at all, they said I had to return the bottles. you mean my free bottles I paid only shipping and handling for? yep those bottles. so I'm packing the bottles up and sending them back hopefully they will refund my card. this si a scam rip off company, oh and by the way Capitol one was on the line with us while we talked, They are going to refuse these people from ever using my card again. so they will be returning my money or the credit card company will go after them.

Thank God for the credit card guy he was awesome. Stay away from these scam artists!!!

Ordered vitamins. Didnt understand they signed me up to receive again in 3 months but a few days later they drained my account. Thank god I'd paid rent because I have no food/ toilet paper ect.. UPS delivered product 10 days later I refused the package. The company said they'd refund when product arrives in warehouse. I assume the refund will be another 10+ days aka next month

In late March I watched a TV ad from Purity Products. The ad stated that I would get a one month "sample" of product and if I called with their window of time, I would not be billed. I called them within the time limit and cancelled the product as I felt it wasn't really living up to the results in the ad and then not worth the money.

On April 8, I checked with my online banking system and noted that my account was debited for $64.80. I immediatly phoned the company and stated that I was supposed to get a free sample, There was quite a lot of discussion about various offere and the like. At the end I simply stated that I wanted my account credited for the $64.80. As of April 10, my account has not been credited.

DO NOT use this product and DO NOT believe the TV ads they use. They are promoting false expectations and results and charging consumers for product that is worthless. I stand with al of the other people that have complained on this website concerning this company.

There was a radio show featuring Purity Products. The offer was if your one of the first 1000 callers, you would get one bottle of krill omega 3 vitamins and they would throw in a bottle of their vitamin B melts. All you had to pay was shipping.

i was okay with this. I am not saying their vitamins are bad.....their very good

The girl who took my order told me, that to get the free bottles, you would agree to automatically get three at a time. I told her that on the radio program, the representative stated you were not obligated to purchase more. She then told me I would have three weeks to try the vitamins, if I did not call them and cancel, the three would be sent to me.....okay

i got my vitamins and took them for Two weeks! I then see that they have already charged my debit card $149.85 and sent out more vitamins. I am angry because I was going to call them on the 15th day of using them to only send me out one bottle. I can't afford 3 at a time at this time. She specifically told me that if I call before the end of week 3, I could either cancel or make changes to how many I wanted.

First of all, the representative on the radio stated you would not be pressured into buying more and that the bottles were free except for shipping and handeling. That is not the case because they pressure you into buying three that would be automatically shipped out to you.

Second, the woman who took the order lied. I voiced my concern about being sent three and told her then that money was tight and I couldn't afford three. She promised me that if I called before the end of three weeks, I could stop or change the order. I only took the vitamins for 14 day and they pushed the order through.

As much as I enjoy their products, I can't stand false advertisements and lying. I will buy my vitamins elsewhere.

Purity Products are a ripe off, Liers, Steale from old peoples bank accounts,

They had a advertizement on TV get a free bottle of Omega-3 all you have to do is pay shipping. I told them I did not want anything else. I was not going to order anything and don't charge me. They said don't worry we never charge anything else. On May 3rd 2014 they charged my checking account $149.85 and will not return the money.

I have filed a complant with the Attorney Genarel's office and tell everyone on facebook not to order anything from these liers.

I have file a complant with the BBB and talking to a lawyer about a lawsuit that everyone can join and sue the Purity Products.

Purity Products pray on old people and take their money because they have gotten away with it for years and it is time to put a stop to it.

Everybody needs to file a complant with the Attoney Gen's office. Let's put a stop to the rich getting richer from old peoples money.

I used my checking debit card and they keep the information so they had full access to my checking account.
