I purchased a refrigerator from quality used appliance and repair. I got the refrigerator home and let it run for 3 days. The refrigerator never got below 50 degrees. When I returned the refrigerator to the store 72 hours after purchase I was told there are no refunds and the unit worked correctly. The owner, Anthony, challenged my belief that the unit did not work and told me “if I knew so much about refrigerators then fix it myself". He refused to provide a refund and insisted in order to exchange the refrigerator I would be required to pay an additional fee. The owner Anthony was so confrontational it was almost unbelievable.
