Brandon moore is the "office manager" who sent us a letter, telling us they can get our mortgage modified and help us avoid forclosure for $3000. They did nothing but ask for more and more paper work. They promised us a new loan, which was turned down by bank. They never spoke to the bank. A complete farce, asked for a refund, told it was coming, now they will not answer. Brandon moore was the main one who lied to us over and over. Stay away for quick action services!
