This company is a joke very unprofessional to start.
facility manager (sam yohannes) and all other managers above him (micheal, javier, paul) are racist,sexist,greedy,lying pigs.
If you are a female and not spanish you better have a open mind if you know what i mean in reference to pleasing said managers. If not you will be placed on call (please note that when you are on call new personnel get hired or they just keep you where they want you so dont hold your breath for that call).
They get paid by the yankee stadium for a set amount of individuals to provide a service, then they put them on call whilst still having them on payroll so they are still recieving payment for the services without the people actually working.
They have a computer system to do counts for the amount of cars that are in the garage at any said time. This system is totally bogus and is there to line the pockets of managers. so to the owner watch out haha unless you are apart of it to defraud the IRS. If the garage holds for eg: 700 cars the computer says MAX is 590 so if the garage is full and the computer by the the computer they should have 590 which is 590 multiplied by the event rate which is $35
590*35=$20,650.00
but it is actually 700*35=$24,500.00
this is a difference of $24,500.00-$20,650.00= $3850
that multiplied by 7 = $26,950.00
multiplied by 4=$107,800.00
so that would be the figure for cars that dont need to be accounted for in 1 month. Figures are way higher because the garages are way bigger so you see how they are thieves all around.
company is filled with spouses working together managers and their staff.
Managers get their spouses in the company no drug test no background test no nothing and their spouses get paid even if they dont work.
i am livid at the idea that such a company is still in operations and would love for them to be put under major scruntiny so that all my accusations can be revealed as been 100% true.
