I needed a new set of dentures found R.bradley trent dentist in moore he made new dentures and they don't fit.
They cost 1900.00 have not fit since i got them have gone back for adjustments the bottom still don't fit right
the upper are ok.
They had a 6mo warranty that i was not told about till after the 6mo was over. They relined the new dentures that were approx. 1 yr old. During the reline attempt she removed the plate before it was setup and tried to smooth it over with her finger put back in my mouth sharp edges cut gum.
Went back after that she drilled the liner out of the lower plate so right back were we started still don't fit.
Was finally told they couldn't fit me went to another dentist for second opinion was told they were poorly fitted and he could make a new set that would fit and have a warranty of 7yrs.
Called 10-13-2014 to get refund for lower teeth they refused i also recived a bill for the reline and he wanted me to come back in today so i would owe another bill so he could work on them again even though i had been told he couldn't fit me.
