Christpher called explained the bamk sold my loan to another mortgage company. Needed to verify my bank account , social security number and address. Christopher then told me my loan was placed as deliquent and need $7500.00 immediately. Needed checking account information or my loan would default ,my home would be repossed. I instucted him to send me information in the mail. He asked to verify my address and income. I hung up. Then and Jessica called she explained them thing. I hung up. Then Maggie called said same thing. This company has been commiting fraud a very long. time. They are in Florida also. Last caller id was marked plexor marketing. Check the Florida web site under bankers association. These criminals have defaulted loans all over the United States. Also located under legacy marketing in Dallas.This is really terrible. I have reported it and hopefully, I pray they get caught. The have many names, address, most phone numbers are disconnected.

We opened the account on September and 2 weeks later cancelled it. The one who cancelled the account, failed to notice that he forgot to delete some space that was saved for us.

He thought he was done. We didn’t realize that a monthly payment is taken off the account every month. When we did and questioned it no one wanted to give us answers claiming we are not authorized to receive answers.

it was open by a person that is no longer here. It took us a while to get a hold of this guy and retrieve whatever we could in order to access some information.

When finally we were able to get information, we were told we paid monthly for the space that was held for us and that we couldn’t use that space, even if we wanted to because the account was closed…

To my opinion? This is a rip-off!

have a customer pay for something that he can’t even use???

This is not right.

When we asked for the money back we were told that only 2 months will be taken off – this is a joke!

we said OK and asked to close this account.

it was at the begoining of March, and i thought all isclosed. then i start receiving emails. when i asked to stop them i was told that the account it still open.

called again. they said that no formal request was made through the website...

which off course, the one we talked to on March didn't say we need to do so.

now they have a new billing from April. they want us to pay that bill in order to give us the refund...

this is ridiculous!
