Radio Shack Reviews

  • Apr 2, 2014

I came in at 4 pm and asked to get my iPhone 5 screen repaired and they said sure just let me get my tech guy or something. When he came out I asked him to fix my cracked screen and he said sure and I also told that my lock button is broken. He told me that it's most likely jammed and not the connection. He said it would be more less expensive to repai if it was jammed. So I told him if it's jammed then fix it but if not, don't sorry about it. After that I asked him how long it would take and he said that he was in the process of reapairing someone else's phone so mine will probably be done before 9 pm. I said ok and gave them my brother's phone number so they can call and tell me my phone is finished and can be picked up. Then I left and around 8 or 9 they called and said that they had trouble taking off the screen so it'll be done the next day. I was okay with that because they called and updated me on what's happening. But the next day I received no phone calls except for one accidental call and they never told me when they would be done and I was worried. The next day they called at around 11 saying it's ready to be picked up and I came to pick it up at 4:30 and when I got it back. The screen was fixed but the lock button wasn't, also my home button didn't work when I got it back either. I'm not happy because it was something they said they would do in a few bours took a few days and the outcome wasn't good either. They fixed one thing and broke another. I asked them how come my home button doesn't work and he just stood there and said I don't know. The only way I can turn on my phone is to use the mute switch ail hitch turns on the screen since I have no other way to do it.
