I am part-owner of Eternity Windows in Anaheim, CA. I fist want to describe Ralph physically. He is a 5'5 guy, med-heavy body shaped, red/light brown hair, freckles. This is a guy who when you first meet him you like. Talks a lot. That's his tactic to get people to trust in him. I made a poor business decision in trusting Ralph without doing a background check on him. He claims to be with Bella Vista Shutters in Fullerton. Turns out that Bella Vista is a bogus company. Does not exist. I referred him to 10 of my clients in a period of 3 months and only delivered to one of them. He took deposits from my other 9 clients totaling $6400 and not to mention I referred him to a couple of my friends in the business. He took $2500 from one of them as well. Please be aware of this guy. He is a fake. His excuses are endless from his father dying to the shutter factory being behind on product. The funniest excuse he used is that he had to order the shutters overseas... lol. Anyhow please contact me 562-641-3433. I am pressing charges against this skum and I hope that the word gets out there. I will have my clients also file a report on him online.
Since I have to give one star I will but he doesn't even deserve that. The physical description is spot on from the reviewer above. He's nice, talks a good game and then gets you to give him money. You trust that he is not going to take your money and run. We signed a contract in January of 2012 and to this date I have no shutters. I gave him $1800 of my hard earned money to try and spruce up my condo. I am a single woman and have been working on remodeling my condo for the past 4 years. This was one of my final steps. The worst part is he calls you back and lies to your face about a shutter company shutting down or that they are waiting for the shipping crate to get full because its coming from China. Here I am believing his BS thinking that these are circumstances beyond his control until I come to the realization that I will never have shutters...at least from him. If I could find him I would take him to small claims but this guy is too smart for that. He has the intention of stealing your money from the beginning. Please beware and don't lose your money to this man.

This man is a liar, thief, scam artist, etc.... Don't believe anything he has to say. He may come off as a decent guy, knows what he's talking about, and seems professional. The only thing he knows how to produce are lies. He basically takes your money and runs.
