I bought a house on contract for deed from randy reynolds.. he wanted $115,000 for it and monthly payments of $971.00.. and also wanted us tonput our own money and time into the house and fix it up. That was fine for the first few months we lived there until our payments went up from $971/mo to $1,540/mo with no warning. I was the only one working at the time making $11/hr. on top of all of my other bills it became too much to handle. Randy stopped at my house numerous times a day pounding on the doors, windows until someone answered and threatened to break in and remove all of our property while we were at work. I called him and went into his office and signed a cancellation of contract. 2 years later, i had a process server at my door handing me court papers and he was suing me for over $4,000.. for what? The house was not liveable.. i realized the court papers were filed in another county that his business, the house in question nor i resided in. I called the court house and the court reporter told me to contact the presiding judge and randy's attorney via USPS and tell them it needs to be thrown out of court. I did and heard back approximately a week later from the attorney who said he would throw it out and file with the correct county. Almost a month later another process server came by and gave me more court papers on the case, this time for the correct county. I was unable to attend the hearing as i have a special needs son who requires life saving equipment and a second person that is not easily portable. I heard from the courts a few weeks later that neither me nor Randy attended the court date and it was thrown iut of court. After all of that time harassing me, and wasting a bunch ofnhis money in court fees, he didnt even show up. I was happy about that and as of last week, i received papers from the court that he cannot file anymore judgements on this casem. But hes still a scammer and im not the only one hes scammed.. he also scammed my friend and my sons homecare nurse. Hes a loser and needs to do something else with his life.
