Randy Travis FOX News, Atlanta, GA

Randy Travis is a very dishonest reporter, and this report will factually tell you why. And if Randy Travis feels that this is slander or unfair, he is welcome to serve me with a summon and let a jury of our peers to decide. THE TRUTH IS A DEFENSE UNDER OUR AMERICAN SYSTEM OF LAW.

Rupert Murdoch, who owns FOX News, and president of the News Corporation, has the largest scandal in the history of Great Britain. When I asked Randy Travis about this, he said "I've never met the man," News corporation, some 50 reporters have been indicted. A number had gone to jail. They have closed the oldest newspaper in Great Britain because of the scandal. What did they do? They tapped the Queen's phone, they bribed Scotland Yard, and other government agencies. It is the worst scandal in the history of journalism in the UK and maybe worldwide. For further information, please do a search on Google: "Rupert Murdoch news corporation, London."

The FBI seized some 80,000 emails from Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation in phone-hacking scandal in UK. Things got so bad that United State senator called for an investigation of Murdoch's US Media Holdings, which includes Fox News.

I was asked to testify in the British court some two and a half years ago, of the behavior of Randy Travis and FOX News. Erik Owen Leavell, a confidant of Randy Travis, who is a disbarred attorney, has been in jail for criminal assaults for various incidents in Cobb county, GA, wrote a letter to the court to tried to have my passport revoked, so I would not be able to testify in Great Britain, reference the Rupert Murdoch affairs. We were to understand that Randy Travis was aware of what the disbarred attorney embezzler, Erik Owen Leavell, tried to do. There is a whole website on Erik Owen Leavell.

Four years ago, Randy Travis physically tried to break into our offices in Atlanta, GA. He tried to force his way in. He stopped me in the parking lot, and he said "I want to interview you." I was some 50 feet from the door of our office, and he followed me. When I opened the door, he tried to shove his way in, and I kicked him in his testicles. He still tried to physically force his way into our office. But he did not succeed.

Our in-house attorney at that time was Beverley Adams, and she arranged to sue FOX News and Randy Travis for invasion of privacy. A very interesting thing happened, when we were suppose to be in court for hearing, our attorney did not show up and the case was dismissed. We later found out that our attorney may have been indirectly or directly threatened with bad publicity from FOX News.

Some two years ago, Erik Owen Leavell, a disbarred attorney embezzler who became the confidant of Randy Travis, informed him of a probate matter in Fulton County, GA, and arranged to have Randy Travis with a reporter to try to interview me. And Randy Travis did not succeed. One has to ask the question, what's going on here?

What is very interesting is that Erik Owen Leavell goes to court, swears out a warrant for my arrest that I threatened him, and had a witness to prove it. He notified Randy Travis of what was taking place. When in court, the witness Thomas Mathes of Windy Way, Douglas Field, GA 30134, does not show up, and the case was dismissed. But Randy Travis said on television, "there's a warrant out for my arrest." What is going on here? Is this journalism at its best? I believe that Randy Travis knew full well what Erik Owen Leavell did.

IT IS SAD THAT JOURNALISM IS CARRIED ON THIS WAY FOR THE SAKE OF SENSATIONALISM AND TRIED TO GET TV RATINGS. There has been many complaints about Randy Travis and now a movie of one hour with some twenty interviews, is in the process of being produced, and will be aired in Atlanta and nationally.

These people who he interviewed said that he has twisted, edited, lied, about the facts of the case that he reported on. They are now speaking out.

JDH.
