Harry McMillan strikes again. This report is from a stock holder at Rangeford Resources, Inc., a shell pink sheet "company" that was acquired by a group of insiders led by one Harry McMillan and his merry band of pump and dump players. As he has done in the past, Mr McMillan has taken a shell with zero assets, told the entire financing world how wonderful and valuable the company was, and used it to place real assets of a real company under contract. His little group just happen to hold over 9 million shares of that shell before they ever took in the unsuspecting private company wioth the rel assets. His plan, repeated often in this country and certainly by McMillan and company, was to use the real value of the Great Northern Energy, Inc oil and gas leases, wells, icome and assets, raise capital on the open market then dump the stock at a highly controlled rate........ he used his "insiders to buy stock at his command" at an artifical and unsupported price in the float group of less than 190,000 shares of common......... stock he could buy at a whim at any price he wishes and thereby make the stock daily quotes look very high.
Look at the stock symbol RGFR right now...... break from here for a moment and look it up on any public stock quote system online........ you will see the last year at over $2.00 per share to as high as over $5.00 per share..... why??? Look now at the balance sheet onlne at Edgars........ NO value. In fact, huge losses over the last three years. And the market cap as of last week ?? $123 Million Dollars!!! Based on what?? There is NO value here and never was.
The plan was typical McMillan. Hold a huge position in a shell......... contract an asset and pump the values up without any real basis in worth. Then, have your Associates dump that stock on the open market........ reap the huge windfall and leave the new company in debt, with zero capital. Leave them with worthless stock........ pure and simple......... pump and dump.
Look again at the recent slate of litigation Mr McMillan has been in in Dallas County, Texas. Another scheme goine bad. Look on this very web site under HArry and his wifes name. This is a bad guy, worth nothing, who has left a wake of huge losses and legal nightmares in his recent past. And now, he tries to steal the assets of tht small private company by making false and ridiculous demands on them and posting same on line. McMillans MO is simple....... be the "authority" on stock and the brokerage game and hold yourself out as above reproach and so credible that you practically sweat fact and control. But look under the sheets ladies and gentlemen. Study the facts. Look at the history. You ll see the truth. We did, and now we will be assisting GNE in protecting its assets.
