This company recovered the amount owed from my customer and kept the money, never even told me the customer had paid. Now they have fallen off the face of the earth - can't get a hold of a person, just an answering machine. Do not trust these people, they have done this multiple times - they are scam artists. I have contacted the Suffolk County DA of their activities.
We used Rapid Recovery to collect depts on accounts that did not pay. They collected money and never sent us our portion totalling $800.00. Do not answer or respond to our calls. They took money and stole from us.
I hired RRS to collect owed fees. After presenting them with detailed documentation, they recommended counsel for an arbitration. Counsel was totally unprepared and arbitration went poorly for our side because a key piece of documentation was "apparently" not part of their file. [Document was eventually found, and was in fact part of the file that was brought to the arbitration meeting.] I was extremely disappointed at the lack of preparation.
Eventually we settled for pennies on the dollar. I have an email were counsel transmitted payment check from debtor to RRS. This was 6 months ago. I have called, left messages, email, etc. with no response. Totally disgusting.....
