RAZORGATOR TICKET RIPOFF -- This is a public service notice to advise the public that attempting to purchase sports or entertainment tickets through RAZORGATOR is an absolute nightmare!
RAZORGATOR sells tickets for 300-400% of their fair value.
Their website claims that after you pay their outrageous prices with your credit card on their website, you will receive your tickets within two hours if the event is scheduled within the next two days, but when your tickets do not arrive on your computer as promised and you attempt to phone RAZORGATOR, you discover that they have very limited phone hours and operate on Pacific time (i.e., Mexico time).
As the event approaches and you are without you tickets, and after many phone attempts (and a 45 minute wait listening to recorded music and "sports highlights") and you actually speak to a human being, they tell you they will have to call their supplier and will "get back to you."
They may "return your call" on the same day as the event, and then they e-mail you tickets for the wrong event.
Only after you have a computer expert electronically return the wrong tickets to tickets to RAZORGATOR you may receive your tickets, perhaps six hours before the scheduled event.
RAZORGATOR'S website makes it clear in bold print that there are NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, even if they email you your tickets one hour before the event. Save your money and your sanity by going to the event and buying tickets from scalpers rather than from RAZORGATOR.
