A year ago I was referred to this company from a homeless shelter program called PATH. They gave each of us their number. I called. I gave them my info, & they sent my phone to my PO Box which was great because I do not have a home address. Anyway month after month the minutes started pouring in. they even rolled over each month. Everything was going great. Then out of the blue without warning they disconnected me. They mentioned re-certifying which was understandable. However there was no mail or text or phone calls. I called them back they asked for my info again by fax. I paid 3.20 to send it to them. When I called back as asked they said they did not get my ID and Medi-Cal card. I was upset the representI've said to call back in a few days. she said the system has it but they couldn't access it. Weird but I called them back. I spoke to a guy who also could not find my paperwork. I asked if I could email it. He said yes. He claimed he did not have it even though I emailed it twice. He asked me to call back in a week. I did. Meanwhile one lady told me I could turn my phone back on by paying for minutes while I wait on my life Line. Well during this convo a guy said I was never on life line and that Nexus was paying my bill for that whole year. What? I could not believe it. So he said he'd file for life line for me and he had my paperwork. 3 weeks passes.. They are saying they are waiting for life line to approve me. I must mention nearly each time I call them it's a 2-3 hour wait. Lately I've been getting cut off after 15 min?.. I can't say how horrible this company is. Anyway I paid the few dollars to have service as they suggested but I don't know what to do. I fear for my paperwork because they have everything. Who has it? What is really being done with it? Anyway I say not to go with them. Meanwhile my saga continues.

I paid with credit card to the company ReachOut wireless for air time, service never was restored to my cell phone. I immediately called to them to find out what was the problem. since the already had taken the money from the bank. The phone never was turned on. Everytime I'd call they would say service is on ,but there is a problem with our IT dept.. they didnt know when service would stay on and not disconnect.. So this lasted for a month in a half . I patiently waited and spoke to one representive after another. no help. When I asjed to speak to a supervisor or manager I was told there was no one to speak to. I demanded a refund or my service. explaning the process of consumer goods. .I paid now I want service or a refund. they saud sorry mam but we can not refund you money its ours now . basicly this company is trying or is doing fruad and doing it to low incone residents. all while using the government to back . something needs to be done to stop this company. its a shame!! does not appear
