I was told all leads were screened and qualified. I had leads for people with terrible credit, working with other real estate agents, looking for properties in areas I don't service, etc. At first they were crediting for bad leads, but eventually that stopped. I was given 20+ leads and all but one was terrible and unqualified. Stay away!! Big waste of money

I was contacted by a company named real estate pipeline who said they provided prescreened and pre qualified leads of people ready to buy a home. The cost was basically a $99 set up fee and $95 per lead for 6 pre qualified leads. They said they had an A rating with the Better Business Bureau and when I checked that is what it said which is one of the main reasons I decided to give them a try and also because they said they had a money back guarantee. The very first lead they provided to me was already working with an agent. I disputed the lead and they approved the dispute. After receiving another lead that was not pre qualified I was immediately concerned and called to cancel. I had been charged for the unqualified lead and was told if I cancelled I would lose that money and the set up fee which was nearly $200 they said I had a free lead coming and that I should give them a chance. So I decided to give them a chance and did not cancel.

After that I received a couple more leads that were not qualified one was looking to rent and the other had not been pre qualified by a lender. I was told in the original sales call that they pre screened and pre qualified all the leads before they were sent to me and so I decided to call and cancel again. At this time I was told that I had been provided with three leads and charged for all those leads even though they were not good ones and that I would not be refunded my money for those leads the only thing they said they could do was replace the lead. Over half of my money had already been used and I argued with them about their policies to no avail so I told them not to send me any more leads that weren't prescreened and pre qualified because I did not want to lose my money.

Since then I have not received any leads or any phone calls from the company and it has been a couple of months at least. I feel like I have been scammed and ripped off completely by this company and I would advise you NOT to do business with them. If you are in real estate and they call I would hang up as soon as possible. Real Estate Pipeline is a scam and a rip off, they will lie to you to get your money and then they will not do what they say they are going to do. They will send you useless leads and if you try to call them they will not answer. I am posting this as a warning to Realtors so you don't get scammed out of your hard earned money. ........

After they disputed my complaint with the Better Business Bureau and it was dismissed I sent this response to the BBB........ I am sorry but I missed the email asking me to mail a response for my complaint. I spoke to you on the phone a week or two ago and you told me to send you an email to reopen the complaint. After I made my complaint I suddenly started receiving leads from real estate pipeline again after not hearing from them for a few months. The leads they are sending are not in the area I subscribed for and they are not properly screened or pre qualified buyers like they told me they would when they signed me up. I have been very patient with them and I always try to contact the lead and I am usually unsuccessful at which point I have dispute the lead. One of the recent leads they sent was about two and a half hours drive away from my location and when I disputed the lead the denied my dispute because they said it was in my area. When I signed up it was for the city of Broken Arrow which falls in two counties, Tulsa County and Wagoner County and I told them I would accept Broken Arrow leads in either county. Someone from there called me when they denied my dispute to talk about why and I specified what I signed up for and was told the dispute would still be denied but they would give me a "replacement" which is what they do so they can deduct the available funds in the account they have set up for my subscription. Basically its more of the same as what I complained about in the first place. I am very busy and don't have time for this. Please advise me what I need to do to continue the complaint. I signed up with them because they had directed me to their A+ rating on the BBB and I think they are using that to deceive others. ..............And still my complaint was never posted on their site??..I did notice that since my complaint their BBB rating has dropped to a C............

None of the leads they sent me were qualified. Not even one! they told me to indicate which leads were not qualified and they would follow-up and replace them... Not true at all.

I called and informed them that the replacement "leads" i received were again, unqualified, so they began sending me buyers looking for properties less than $40k.

Here is what will happen when you fork over hundreds of dollars to them... Nothing. You will get name after name of people looking for rentals. You will contact "leads" that are only interested in rental properties. And, you will discover the same thing i did; this company has no respect for an agents time or money. To be honest, it became rather insulting.

This company contacted me by phone and told me that for $500 I would receive leads in my area. If I could not connect with the lead provided I could dispute the lead and they would credit me by sending me another lead.

The leads started coming in and each one was worthless. Examples: Customers wanted properties under 100k, customers who wanted properties on acres of land under 100k and customers who would not call back no matter how many times you called or emailed them.

Initially, they would credit me with a new lead when I could not find these impossible property requests or if the customers would not call back but then when the Lead went into dispute it was rejected and rejected again.

It was total waste of 500 and a even bigger waste of time. They are crooks and I hope that I can stop at least one Realtor from spending their hard earned money. This company is a scam.

Total wast of money and time

I was promised all these great pre-screened leads so I paid the money. After about 4 or 5 I realized that the leads were horrible and I called to cancel. The girl I talked to said she would give me an extra month for free just to make sure I didn't want to continue. I stupidly agreed and when I called, again stupidly a month and 1 day later, I was met with a very rude person saying too bad I was stuck. I have now paid for 14 "pre-screened" leads and not even 1 of them has worked out. I didn't show a single property from these great leads. Toward the end they started rejecting my kick backs also. One guy didn't have a job, no credit and lived in a motel room but wanted to buy a 300k house. I returned the lead and they said that he should be put in my pipeline for the future. I would run from this company like my hair was on fire.

This company is a total waste of time. They promised that had a great lead ready to go that had already been pre-screened...sounded great. It turns out that the leads they provide are looking for 300K homes at under 100K prices if they can even buy a house. When I called back to dispute the lead, as I was told I could, I was told that it was a good lead with no recourse. Such a waste of money and time. They were great when I was buying but when it came time to perform they were rude and no helpful. Stay away and keep you money out of their hands.

I thought I'd try the services of Real Estate Pipeline since the representative on the phone said

1) all leads were screened, and

2) an agent could dispute the leads and not pay for them if the dispute was legitimate (didn't qualify, etc.)

I was told I should expect to receive 3-5 leads a month, given my location (Phoenix area).

As it turned out, I was receiving 1 and possibly 2 leads a month, and the lead quality was horrible. Based on my conversations with potential clients, the company is attracting buyers by advertising foreclosures, short sales, dirt-cheap prices, etc.

I paid for only 6 leads (approximately $700 in total) and didn't end up with a single decent lead whatsoever. When I disputed the leads who were absolutely unreasonable, I was denied the dispute and forced to eat the lead. For instance, most leads wanted homes for under $100K in areas where the absolute lowest priced home on the market was in the $150K and above range. Unreal.

I also had leads denied when I couldn't get ahold of the leads - I'd leave several messages and wouldn't get a repoly. I called and told them that I wanted to lead removed since I couldn't get ahold of the lead and determine if they were qualified, etc. They told me I needed to be more persistent in contacting the lead. When I did eventually get ahold of the lead and determined they didn't qualify for funding, I was denied being able to dispute the lead since my allotted 7 days had elapsed.

Absolute 100% waste of time and money, and I am a very seasoned agent with great follow-up. These leads are a complete waste of your time and moeny. DO NOT make the same mistake I made. Ridiculous!

I could have saved myself some frustration about this company REAL ESTATE PIPELINE if I had just checked the internet about this company's scam.

I was called by this company telling me they had a lead ready to go already pre-screened and just waiting for a REALTOR to call them from my area of Rancho Cucamonga.

On the recorded called, The interviewer tells me that they personally call, prescreen that the lead indeed is looking for a REALTOR to work with, and they tell the client that you as REaltor by name will be calling them to follow up. They claim they spend thousands of dollars to procure these leads, as also noted in the recording.

Who wouldn't want a HOT lead, so I listened on and stated that I would like the lead as they described in our verbal conversation, which then lead into paying this company an upfront amount in order to receive this lead.

Finally once the lead was delivered, I was able to connect with the lead after several attempts, and they stated clearly that they did not want a REALTOR or expect a call, that his mom was a real estate agent, and that he was answering an advertisement online that stated that this company would provide a lead list of homes 75% below the market for this investor. After I broke the news of no such list, he was very upset and told me basically to go take a hike.

After not receiving what was promised from this company on the first lead, I knew this was a red flag. I immediatlly contacted the company for a FULL refund as I was not delivered what was promised and they defaulted to a comment that the Setup Fee would not be refunded. The problem is they never deliverd upon the promises they made over the phone for a pre-screened and ligitimate lead, therefore, the services I paid for were never delivered and fraudulant.

I am making this incident public for a couple of reasons. I want to exploit this company as a scammer through the media, internet and any other source deemed neccessary and I want to call out to other agents that have been affected by this type of activity from this company to seek out a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT for damages and willful fraud to the consumer and the agent alike.

It is about the Principle of wrongdoing more so than the small financial loss each person becomes a victim to. The compnay is most likely scamming thousands of agents and many are not speaking out which keeps this company in business.

This is our time to stand up and band together for what is right within our real estate industry.
