Although it's true that my "product key" was "delivered by email with in 15mintes of purchase", I went to reinstall the software after the original computer I had installed on it died, and my "product key" no longer worked.
I contacted support, and was asked "Can you tell us please when did you purchase this product and also tell us
when did you was registered this productso that we can find your all details and fix your issue." (verbatim)
I produced the original order and "product key" email that I ordered and received DIRECTLY from them.
There was no response for some time, but after several email attempts later, I was told "Sorry for inconvenience we are not able to provide support after one year of registration if you want our support then you need to renew this program."
BE ADVISED: You are not getting a "product key" as (I was told) WITH NO EXPIRATION.
So - if you pay the money for this program, DON'T expect to use it again.
