I neede my fence repaired and a securit door installed, I went to red beacon.com, its a service that home depot use to get contractors to do installations, handyman etc. this is were i got brainstormtech, he came over, looked at the fence and measured my door, he said 750.00 is my fee plus supplies that i had to buy 811.00, once i agreed to let him do it i paid 350.00 of his fees, I did not like the fact that the money for supplies went into his pay pal account, he pad 649 for supplies, took some supplies back that i didn't know about, so i decided to stop the job, ask him to take back supplies for the security door and refund me back all money, he only did the fence job, but needed to come back and finish the gate, he informed me that i had 315.00 dollars coming back I tried reaching out to him but he didn't respond so i call red beacon, home depot, and pay pal, this tech got upset because they contacted him, fence incomplete,and no money has been returned. From 11/11/14 to 11/25/14 nothing has been done
