I've had a general good experience with Relay Rides- Until something went wrong.
My car was damaged under the insurance policy of Relay Rides. They have broken a single damage into smaller damages and refuse to pay what is owed. The mirror of my car was damaged during a rental from this company. The mirror caused significant damage to the side of my car. A dent and scratches which were a part of the mirror coming off from the rental driver. Relay rides has only offered to pay for the mirror replacement and has said the dent and the scratches are normal wear and tear as they fall under their 3 inch rule. However, the damages stretch far over 3 inches from mirror to final scratch. The company should be responsible for fixing all of the damages as their renter messed up my car. I think this should remain a part of their public record until resolved fairly.
First they tried to deny my claim because their app wasn't working properly. I managed to get it reviewed after emailing the photos and they just don't care. The renter even wrote they damaged the car in their message history. Still they've broken damange along the side of my car into several piece- when it all occurred at once.
I'm no longer a fan- they don't live up to their guarnatee!
