On June 1, 2015. I went to my neighborhood Grocery store and bought a Reloadit Pack Card. There is a $3.95 charge in addition to the amount of money for transfer. Mine was $115.00, so I went home and went to the Reloadit web site, I followed their steps to transfer the money. I scrached off the Pack Number and sumitted my amount of money. The web site asked for my Pre Paid PayPal card number, I entered it. When it came time to transfer to PayPal, the Reloadit site would not let the transfer go through. Giving Reloadit the bennifet of doubt, I called their Customer Service and asked what the problem is. I was told that I had too many "Cookies", and I needed to use Mozilla FireFox. I installed Firefox, went to the Reloadit web site. I still was getting error messages, so I called Customer service again. I was told to try transfering my money in two hours, two hours went by and I tried it again. Again error messages. Called customer service and was put on hold for at least 45 minutes. I was starting to get angery, because these problems went on from 11:00 Am - 10:00 Pm. The last time I called customer service, I asked for a refund. I was given a Conformation Number, I told customer service that I was going to email the Missouri Attorney General's Office, I did, and a complaint was made, Blackhawk Network of California and Reloadit will get a notice. Hopefully the Attorney General will help me get my money back. This is the only way to let other people know not to use a Reloadit Pack Card to transfer money. Anyone else that has problems should also file a complaint with their State Attorney General's Office. This is just about the only recourse to get your money. It's a sad day when a company steals your money as the did with me. I am on a fixed income, and a Disabled Veteran. I even went as far as contacting the local TV news about this. I haven't got any response form the TV news yet. I will keep on until this company gives my money back. What ever anyone else will do is on them. However if you hav problems with Reloadit, Complain and what ever you do don't give up.
Bought and loaded with prepaid cards before. Decided to use the site this time and THEY said there is a FAKE site that looks like there's reads their # and they arnt liable! They sent my$ to some card outside their service so I need to hunt it down! I caal my card to redeem and would never TRUST a site with my$ that I don't know will protect it like PayPal will!
