I'm in need of help. I have been told I'm closing since may 20th 2014.REMN the lender has delayed this process over and over Again they keep requesting more and more conditions/documents after you meet them they have you do it again .I have had over five extensions costing $375.00 each time plus repairs ,inspections. I am a single grandmother raising my grandson they are causing hardships and heartaches. On to top it off the loan for the home is only 85,000 .there conditions and delays have cost me we'll over $5,000 not including what the estimated closing plus repair escrow which is estimated today at $8,300 which has expanded from the original $3,600 since this is a USDA loan.
Yesterday it was management approved. Now they still need underwritten approval. I was originally under a different lender in March in which I received a pre approval letter. I was led to believe this was an easy process and would close on the house on May 20, 2014. They continue it require more and more money. If I lose the house I willl have lost all of my savings and therefore will not be able to obtain another home.
Please help any way you can. Advice welcome thank you.
