Renovus appears to no longer be in business. Repeated attempts to contact them via phone and email have failed. Their website shows as inactive and the phones are disconnected. They have thousands of agents who were using the service known as "intelitouch" for many years. That site has hosted our website, home searches, emails and archived files for many years. The problems began almost immediately after renovus real estate took over the company from realty empowerment systems. Many of us who have successfully used the site have lost business and customers due to the failure of the company to update the systems and keep us informed of the issues. They continue to charge us for this service. It would be easy to quit making payments by stopping the auto withdrawl but the site holds a great deal of valuable and irreplaceable transaction folders and details. We need answers as to what is happening with this joke of a company and it's owners should be prosecuted for fraudulent practices.
