First let me say I have completely purchased items from RAC before with no problems, but now I have several issues. I rented to own a phone and a bed set from RAC . The whole bed including mattress and box springs were advertised as new but I ended up with bed bugs in my house. Now I have to come up with a lot of money to pay for a very expensive extermination process. Therefore have not been able to pay them on time. Also my mother got very sick and lives out of town, so I've had to quit my job to be there with her while she is dying. RAC has come to my home and has harassed my teenage daughter while i have been away, saying they are going to bring the police with them next time. Now where I would have got back with them when I came back to town to get my account current despite the bed bugs, its personal now. They have tried to get my 16 year old daughter to let them in the house when no adult was there and told her they were coming back with the police. They have also tried threatening a friend that was at my home letting my dog out with the police. All I have to say is they are talking about legal action against me, they will be lucky if I don't file against them.

I rented a used sofa, chair and ottoman from this store. After about a month of paymwnts we decided to take advantage of a better deal offered. When the guys csme out to switch my furniture they said I had bed bugs and they could not do the switch. I informed them that I did not have bed bugs prior to bringing this sofa into my home and they continued to place the blame on me. We have told them several times to come and pick up their items and they refuse yet they continue to call and harrass not only me but my father as well.

I use to be a customer until one of the workers came to my house.

He came out I answered the door he demanded to come in well unfortunately I would not let him.

He cussed me out then i asked him to leave he would not leave told me he would call law on me if I did not let him in my home.

I asked him to leave again then he hit me in face then I pushed him amost off my pourch.

I got told I can not do anything about it please let me know if I can because my kids seen this happen.

The refrigerator we wanted was supposed to be a New one NOT USE the one they had delivered was dented and scrached up and the refrigerator wasn't getting Cold enough the end results was the compressor went out and we lost about 250 dollars worth of food.

it took two days to replace the refrigerator we were concerned we wanted one delivered the same day they didn't and we have a two year old little boy he needed milk cold not spoiled. we got a one week of not having to pay the bill, however I don't feel that the customer service was up to pare.

Why should a refrigerator cost over 2000 dollars when you can pick one up at Lowes for 500.00, I feel like I was taken advantaged of and I didn't really understand the fine print, I am deaf so I was taken for a fool I thought I would be paying cash price 500.00 not 2000 dollars worth.

when we call in our payments they are rude and hateful since we are near the end of the contract, I feel like they should be made to give me 1750.00 and take the payment of 500.00 because it was a used refrigerator and that is what they should do when they are selling stuff that is used 500.00 cash paid and not a penny more.

Recently rented a washer dryer set. Tv with stand and added on tablet. During the free weeks they were having. During my purchasing I was told I had.5 free weeks on everything . They even gave me credit for referring a customer. when they brought out the tv it was strap up and the stnd was also. The delivery guy said as soon as they got another one in the would bring me another one. It's been 7 weeks today. So the flowing week I only h a d to pay for the washerand dryer. So two weeks come alone, and they tell me im behind on my payments. So I disagreeed but still made the payment. So I got behind a week and they out to my house, I wasnt home,my neighbors told me , that they were ponding at my door even turning the knob on my door.something has to be done

After agreeing to purchase a stove, washer and dryer in july (3rd). it was two weeks until it was delievered. the agreement was 90 same as cash. same as cash, so yes there is tax, but why rent fees, and all these other fees? my stove was $450, washer and dryer set $700 which is $1150. I then added an air conditioner when i realized the washer and dryer was broke and it was sent out to be repaired. as if anything is sent out your 90 days is pit on hold. it was out until sept. the air conditioner was a sale and $160. at this time i had paid two week ($200) so i said why not, it came and did not work so was taken back. and never came back. i ended up keeping a bran new one. which their contract says, if they cant fix it, they will give you a new one at no additional cost. HA they upped the price, and in sept, they found out a guy was changing prices to look like he was making sale (employee source) after he dropped my washer and dryer down my driveway and left it lay. and didnt tell his boss. so i ended up paying more for my a/c, they would not honnor the price he contracted with me, they forged paper work. I did not sign. and I have paid them $1900. I need a lawyer. im done. I have a broken washer and dryer they wont fix. they pretend like they are doing us a favor. im not dumb. our 90 was not over we only had our stuff in our home for a week!! im not paying them, and i will find a lwayer and sue them. rather its for the company, or just settle what in my house. depends on the shark of a lwayer, 90 days same as cash , yea they better go back to school. sounds like a class action.

I RENTED A LAPTOP COMPUTER A A GIFT FOR MY GIRLFRIEND AND PAID FOR THE BENFITS PLUS WHICH STATED IN CONTRACT THAT IF IT WAS STOLEN IT WOULD BE REPLACED, MY GIRLFRIEND REPORTED IT STOLEN AND SAID SHE THOUGHT HER DAUGHTER MIGHT HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT BUT WAS NOT SURE AND BECAUSE SEH SAID THAT IN HER STATMENT THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE IT BUT STILL WANT ME TO PAY FOR IT. IAM STILL FIGHTING IT SAYING THAT IT SHOULD NOT MATTER IT WAS CLEARLY STOLEN AND THEY SHOULD REPLACE IT I PAID FOR THAT COVERAGE!!!!!!
