Recently, I saw a free trial offer for a face cream on this site. It advertises "Send me my free trial" and I am, through the deceptive advertising, lead to believe that my trial is free, with the exception of a payment for shipping and handling ($4.95). No where through the process of check out does it tell me any different. I look carefully around the screen before I push the order button-just to be sure that there is no "catch"

I saw nothing, as I am ordering on any of the check out pages alerting me that my card will be billed a reaccuring charge.-

I then recieve a couple of confirmation emails telling me that my "free trial" is on the way. I actually recieved four emails from them. Not one warned me that I would be charged further in the future. In fact, I was enjoying the product and telling my husband that I may order the product again. (not the fre trial, but was ready to become a loyal customer)

Then, my husband said that one of our bank accounts bounced(this never happens!)- So I urgently go in to find out what happened and see two fat charges for over 70 dollars. It is at this point that I realized I had been scammed.

Mad as I was; I called and waited for their customer service for about 20 minutes. Finally ,I get someone who trys to tell me that I cannot refund my product. I tell him that I was told on his site that it is a free trial. He continues to try and tell me I "signed a contract for a 14 day trial"(which I never was emailed or told or saw in plain sight ion the website) and he tried to day that I couldn't return the product. It is at this point that I tell him that I want to speak to a manager. I never get to speak to a manager. I do, however, finally convince him to refund me in full after use buzz wording: Deceptive practices, full customer satisfaction, Better business...ect.

This company's advertising is very deceptive. I hope they decide to change their policy and put their free trial with the exact wording" free 14 day trial-pay only shipping and handling" This would save them a lot of complaints. It is too bad, The product doesn't need deceptive advertising to sell itself-It is a good product. Too Bad for them they are wrecking their name and their products name.

I have kept every email from the beginning- I have also kept the garantee of refund that they sent me. I hope that they really do put my money back into my bank account, I will take this to court. I will be updating the turn out as it happens.

This is only my experience with this company, Others may have had a more positive experience- I personally did not. I am glad that they did refund me. That, at least, is a start- Now fix the deceptive advertising, and let your product sell itself.

I am thankful that I still have the right to free speech- thank you

Renuva Derm Trials

Over priced, very misleading trial offer, took 30 minutes to tell the woman to stop sending the product and stop charging my credit card!

185.00 a month!

I hated to give even one star. $4.95 has turned into a fortune each month. Very deceptive. When I spoke with a customer no service person, he would drop the price by 75% if I kept the order and when I said no, he brought out the fangs. Gave me a refund of 35% b/c he was such a 'nice" guy then told me it was alll my fault for not reading the fine print, of which there was none. I took his 35% and then put it in dispute on my cc. If I can't get my $ back, they will have to earn it one way or another.

Ditto to Renuvaderm Scam

My experience was the same. And today I found that my 88 year old mother is experiencing the same scam. Unfortunately, she did not see the charges for the first month's/sample (January 2015) product. Two months later (February, 2015), the charges have reoccurred. Her credit card has now been charged close to $400 of unauthorized monies through this company!

Big Scam

I had the exact experience, except I was charged more on my credit card. The customer service rep refunded 50% of the purchase after I accused them of being deceptive. I will be notifying my card company of bogus charges as well as I have to recieve the shipment. A real scam.

Buyer Beware

I purchased this product last week and received several confirmations statins I should receive my order in the next few days. I received the the quickly!!! After using the product a few days my skin started itching, burning, and turning red. I actually googled the site to further check reviews and notice several of the reviews stated their account had been overdrawn without authorization. I began to worry since I knew all I ordered was the free trail. I was not aware of the additional charges or that there was a trail period. Luckily I called within the 14 days otherwise my account would have been tampered with. I contacted the company and spoke with a representative and explained my ordeal with the products. I explained I was charge twice for shipping since the product arrived in the same box. I immediately cancelled my order. After a few moments I called the company back requesting a cancellation email To confirm my order was cancelled. I have not received the cancellation email. I will cancel my card just to be on the safe side. So if you plan to purchase product YOU must cancel within 14days otherwise you will be charged additional unwanted unauthorized Fees. So buyer be ware!!!

Scam / Bad Product

Purchase product 2 weeks ago. Received within a few days . Cancelled order within the 14 day time frame. I had . After using the product for two days my face started burning turning red and developed welts. I immediately contacted the company to explain situation. After reading many reviews I cancelled from further orders and was told they would have to see if I was within the 14 days. I was never aware there a time frame. The BBB need to do a thorough investigation. However will cancel my credit to be safe.

Renuvaderm Scam

I'm HOT!!!! In January, I ordered my free trial offer for the face and eye Renuvaderm Cream. I paid S&H through my Visa card and promptly had the products at my door. Sadly to say, I really liked the products, even though the face cream only lasted two weeks. After the face cream ran out, I started searching on line to find a web site to buy more. Could not find any site - only more offers for the free trial. Kind of forgot about it, but continued to use the eye cream. Then this weekend I received a small box containing one each of the face and eye cream with nothing but a card inside saying thanks for your order - WHAT ORDER??? At least there was a customer service phone number on the card. So I called. I was told that the "free trial" was not free and that I had signed up for a monthly shipment of their products and had to pay for the initial shipment also. I was told that my Visa was charged almost $400 for the products. The girl told me that in fine print that is what I agreed to when I got my "free trial" offer. Never saw anything stating that!!! It's a shame, because I really did like the product. Let the product sell itself - I'll order it when I want to and when I need it!!!!!! I did cancel my monthly shipments, but I'm still out $400!!! The product is good, BUT the marketing is a SCAM!!!!!

RENUVADERM REviews

Basically the same thing just happened to me; after talking with the "customer service" I went back to the site to try to see where it ever said the costs after the free trial would be so high - you have to click on the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page in very light colored type. I told him that I never would have requested a free trial if I had seen how much it was; the product was not any good. I was going to return it but I saw they would only return the purchase price - which it is my free trial so there would be no refund - and restock charge was $6.00 so they would just charge me again. SUCH a bogus company! If their produce was any good, they would be the cost in bold letters.

Renuvaderm scam

The same thing happened to me, only I got no promise of refund. Totally deceptive outfit. I can't even give them a single star for "bad" - I paid the $4.95 each for shipping of 2 products. In November 2014. Two weeks later, my acct started bouncing checks. I called and was given the same run around as the other writers. I am going to try again for a refund. I as well did not see plainly ANY reference that I would be charged full price for my "Free Trial". In my case I found the product to be inferior.

RenuvaDerm SCAM! Please BEWARE

I was under the impression when I agreed to a FREE trial of RenuvaDerm Eye Cream 0.50 fl oz. and at the end of my purchase RenuvaDerm Wrinkle reduction serum 0.50 oz. was piggy backed from the eye cream trial. The catch... only pay for S&H. WRONG! The ad was completely misleading. RenuvaDerm is a complete scam and this company needs to be investigated for false business practices.

When I received my products in the mail, there was nothing inside but a post card with no company information. There was no invoice or statement indicating the charges that would be deducted from account if a cancelation was not done within 14 days nor anything via email.

I reviewed my bank account and seen two unauthorized charges of $89.47 and $94.57. I placed a call to the company immediately asking for a refund and spoke with a customer service agent. She kept saying "according to our terms & conditions we cannot refund you." I stated that I would return the product, but still she insisted there will be no refund. I asked to speak to a manager, however she who would not let me speak to one. She told me the manager is going to tell me the same thing she is telling me. She also mentioned that the Supervisor is busy with other calls, but I told her that is okay, I will wait to speak to them. After being placed on hold for a few minutes, she came back on the line and stated that the Supervisor was unavailable and again they will not be able to do anything for me that she cannot do. I asked if she can give the manager my phone number and have the manager call me back. She took down my number, but stated that it is not the company's practice to return calls. I later called back and spoke to a different customer service agent and I feel they are all coached into saying the exact same thing. What the first customer service agent states earlier in the day, he echoed the same. It is impossible to speak to a manager.

RenuvaDerm advertisements are very deceptive and trap consumers. Please DO NOT fall victim to them.

I filed a complaint with the BBB today and urge all other people that got taken for a ride to do the exact same thing, it's quick and easy.

Renuvaderm "free trial"

I had the exact same thing happen to me! This is a big scam! Very poor business practices! I am actually on the phone with them now. The same run around-I can't speak to a manager but yet those managers have time to talk to them. I've been on hold for quite awhile. I am furious! I was at first given the offer of a 50% refund. I am on hold right now trying to get a full refund. Now they're saying I will get a full refund. We will see if I really will or not.

You are right. They are ruining their name with such bad business practices. Maybe their product is great (it hasn't been for me yet) but they need to be more forthcoming with the "trial period"!

Please beware of this company!!

Renuvaderm HUGE SCAM!!

I also fell for the Renuvaderm promotion on the internet. I ordered the eye and face cream and was charged accordingly for only the shipping and handling. I received my products about 4-5 days later, the face cream came one day and the eye cream the next day. I tried both product for only 3 days before my eyes were so swollen I couldn't see out of them and my face was dried up and scaling. I had to doctor for a week to get my face back to normal. The day I saw the doctor which was 4 days after starting using the products, I also called and cancelled any further shipments.

I then notice about three days later I am charged nearly $200.00 dollars. I called customer service and was told I did not cancel in time? REALLY? This will not stop here, I will take this further. This Company is deceptive indeed!!

SCAM

I had the exact same experience. I finally got someone on the phone and they insisted that they continue with their scripted questions offering me discounts, how I liked the product, etc. because they are paid on an hourly basis to do so. I became very angry and asked them (again) to simply discontinue the order (that I never ordered) and they said they would not tolerate my anger and continued with the inane questions. Credit card company called. End of story. Do not waste your time with this "free" except for shipping & handling trial. Once they have your payment information, you are done for - I should have known better.

Scam Alert

Went through the same process as you. They are quite simply crooks. I finally, after 4 phone calls, had my order cancelled, but then they billed me two more times. I have, I hope, resolved this issue, never again. Plus the product had zero effect for me.

Ordered a 14 day TRIAL of this product on Dec 10.......received product sometime within the next week and half. Was out of town for holidays so didn't actually receive package til today Dec 30, 2014. I called the customer service number to tell them I didn't want product, that it was unopened, and i wanted to return it for a refund AND cancel any autoshipments that they may have sneaked in with the fine print. I was told that my card had been billed the full $98 and $89 for the products on Dec 24 because thats when my trial period ended.

I explained that a trial period couldn't begin until I actually received the product and could "try" it. I spoke to 2 CS reps and a "supervisor" and all told me that the trial began on the 10th, the day of the order,,,,,they didn't care when I reeived it and since it was a trial I wasn't "qualified" for a refund. I explained that since I'd been billed IN FULL before I ever recived the product anD since the product was UNOPENED, I should be able to return for a refund. They again all told me that it was a trial and I wasn't qualified.

I asked REPEATEDLY for a corporate address so I could write a letter to company head aand ALL of them said they were "PROHIBITED" from giving out that information. They ripped me off for $200 and I can't even write the company and complain!

Attorney General

i had only used my product for a week before we found the charge on our account. I was told it was a two week trial and there were no refunds. He repeated told me that I had agreed to the terms and perhaps I had not read the terms and conditions thoroughly. I replied that I would file a report with the attorney general and stop payment with the bank... He offered me his 50% discount, I told him that wasn't good enough. I guess I called early enough because he then agreed to cancel all future shipments and that I would see the credit in 3 to 5 business days. I never saw the terms and conditions, nor did I agree to anything but what I thought was a free trial offer! I'm still going to file a report with the Attorney a General, even if I will feel stupid in having been scammed!

Ordered free trial Renuvaderm face and eye cream on 12-15-14 received approx 12/22/14 paid shipping out of my checking account. Advertising shows thirty day results. No paperwork in shipping box of any kind of when my trial was up or a dollor amount they were taking from me. No emails received from them advising me of that fact.

12-29-14 deposited 80 to my account to pay on trash bill, called bill in on 12-30-14 and it would not clear. Contacted RenuvaDerm by phone the representative would not work with me. I wanted to send products back because I wasn't given 30 day trial to decide if I wanted to continue or order again. Rep said they don't do that. Told her there is no money in account to cover those false charges. She said it already cleared. Also said it was take at 1:30am on 12/29/14.

It is not a Free trial, you first pay shipping. Now they charge you for those free trial of these sample products. No payment arrangements were made by me. I am on fixed income received about middle if the month. These charges put me in the red on my account. This company is bogas. They need to be stopped.

Called Customer service to cancel and get reimbursed for product not received and was given tracking number to track package after it's been 3 weeks since ordered. Was told I can get reimbursed after I send them tracking infomation that package was never received. The Rejuviderme was received on December 24th. I wanted to return the product and was told it can not be returned after it's been received, even though it has never been opened and still in original package and again the full price was charged to my account. CA Attorney General website has online complaint forms!

I got scammed. Reading all your remarks just made me want to fight. I filled out a complaint form on the CA Attorney General's website. Real easy, didn't take long. I also left a respectful comment at Dr. Oz's website. Just thought he should be aware of what we are all experiencing. I bought the product because I believed Dr. Oz endorsed it. Dr. Oz might be interested if RenuvaDerm is taking liberties with his likeness. Or maybe he wouldn't like to hear how this company is treating is loyal fan base.

Renuvaderm advertises deceptively to trap consumers into buying what they believe to be a free trial sample of their skin and eye care creams. They ask only that you provide a credit card number to pay for the cost of shipping only.

On the initial web page it does not give any FAIR NOTICE that you are signing up for a continuing periodic shipment of the product. On top of that it then charges your credit card for the initial trial samples that were supposed to bee free.

THIS IS THE WORST KIND OF DECEPTION AND FALSE PRETENSE INCREASINGLY PRACTICED BY INTERNET RETAILERS KNOWING THAT THEY WILL TRAP UNWARY CONSUMERS WHO SEE NO HONEST AND CLEAR WARNING OF THE FACT THAT THERE IS MORE TO THE OFFER THAN JUST A FREE SAMPLE!

This company advertises skin and eye care free trial .The form asks you to tell them where to send the free trial

"Tell us where to send your free trial"

I filled this in on line with my credit card to pay for the postage $4.95 and $5.95 and awaited my free trial.

Started to try it after it arrived but checked on line again about the product and saw a complaint about the company. The complaint said the company had charged $89.47 +$94.57 for the free trial without authorization.

I kept checking my charges on my account because of the report I had read on Rip off Report.

Renuvaderm had done the same thing to me a charge of $89.47 and $94.57.

I have told my credit card company and they are trying to handle reversing the charge and in the meantime I have had to cancel that card.

This company does not mention any cost for their product anywhere in their advertisement for a free trial.

Please help!

RenuvaDerm Eye Cream 0.50 fl oz. and RenuvaDerm Wrinkle reduction serum 0.50 oz. was piggy backed onto another website I was purchasing from. They advertized samples on these products for $5.00 each. I accepted.

I rec'd my products quickly. I did get a post card with my products with no address, no bill or no other information on this compnay except a phone number: 855-342-3337.

I reviewed my cc statement and I was charged $89.47 for the eye cream and $94.57 for the wrinkle cream! I did call the number on the card. Talked to Melinda in Maine. Because I didn't cancel within 14 days. I was charged full price.

This was the first I heard of this. She kept saying "according to our terms & conditions" I kept asking to return the product. I could not get a refund. The 2 phone numbers on my cc bill were 888-605-6670 NV 891830000 US (eye cream) and 855-342-3337 (as above) NV 890740000 US (wrinkle cream).

I don't know it this helps you or anyone else with this perdicament. But, businesses should be more above board and held accountable for what they sell. Thank you.

I have ordered a lot of products on line and have never, never been scammed like this. I only hope that by reporting this to you, someone will put them out of business. I can't imagine how they can stay in business treating customers like this.

Total Scam!

Oh my G!... I wish I had "Googled" the RenuvaDerm offer before I ordered the sample. I was shocked to see two pending charges about to hit my checking account. One for $89.47 and another for $94.57. That's a whooping difference of the $4.95 & $5.95 I was happy to pay to try their product. I called the ph# that was listed on the "Pending" description of these debits as they were about to hit my account. I spoke to a "Customer Service Rep" a term he is not deserving of. "Trevon" told me that because I didn't call back within 14 days to cancel, I in effect was giving them permission to charge me full price for my trial offer. I asked him "When was this info provided to me?" This was not disclosed to me at the time I placed my order. Or how about putting this info in the packages the product arrived in, or including this information in the confirmation emails or on the worthless postcard with the ph# that connected me to a French speaking woman? I fighting to get the charges reversed. Oh, How about the link to this scam using Dr. Oz's name as an endorsement??? I wonder if Dr. Oz is aware of this scam. RV

If I am here, I was scammed by RenuvaDern

My experience is everyone's experience with this company. You will not receive a refund, they will not give you a corporate address nor whom is responsible such as a supervisor. They will not accept return of product. THIS is because they aren't a real business. Fly by night m.o. They did take my money and the best they could do was cancel my account from further orders. The address they gave me for corporate came back heavily stamped. Such is the price of vanity/education. We must know we are a target group, almost a sure thing. When I hear someone who loves me say, I love you the way you are and it's because you are beautiful inside too, I'm going to listen. Spend my money on 'a sure thing'. LOL

Read the ad for the face cream on line and the offer of free samples, just pay the $5.95 for shipping cream and if you are happy send back for full refund...ordered the face cream and the eye cream for a tolal shipping cost of $10.9...received both items in couple of days...found that the face cream only has enough cream in the pump for couple of days, so knew it was not something I wanted to be involved in...threw them away....in checking my account discovered that on 2/03/15 they charged me $90.00 for the 2oz tube...tryed to contact them, no answer on email, tex, or phone.. several weeks later checking my account they charged me on 2/04 $89.47 for 2oz jar, then on 3/02/ a third charge of $89.47 for a total of $275.51 for a 2os tube and 2 z jar....for a grand total with shipping of $285.51...

And the sad thing is Amazon is helping these people...I love Amazon, but sad they are doing anything with them...It is truly a scam to get your credit card number and piling up charges, I don't even find any of their products listed for those prices, seems they just made them up. So just reported them to card company, they just reversed the charges and stopped all payments. so all is well.

Renuvaderm is a total ripoff. What makes it worse is that celebrities like Oprah, Ellen degeneres, Dr Oz & so many others put there names on this, which makes regular people believe. I don't know if it works or not but I am so angry that I don't even care!

I read the article on this product over & over. It kept repeating free trial free trial. I did not see anywhere that they were going to charge $94.57 to my card one wk after receiving the product! And when you call, all they want to talk about is all the "natural" ingredients. Have they not read their own label? There are more chemicalsnin this than in a nuclear power plant!!

Don't waste your time & money save yourself the aggravation. All the celebrities I mentioned before should be ashamed of endorsing this product. $100.00 to them may be nothing but to regular folks, that's a h*****a lot of money!

I ordered a "FREE TRIAL" of this product which turnet out to be a almost $200 free trial. According to them, if I didnt cancel the account that I didnt know that I created with them within 14 days, then they charge you with the full price for the infamous FREE TRIAL!!! WTF!!

I received a second order in the mail then i noticed that they charged almost $400 in my credict card. I blew off an employee on the phone and she finally agree to take the second order only back and give me a refund. I sent it, never seen a refund yet but I just received a Third order on the mail!! They just dont stop charging me, no matter what I tell them. They will hear from me right now or from my attorney. and I will contact the BBB too.

The product, I took them to my skin expert, she said that JuvaDerm is only good to moisturize your hands maybe. Even better if I put it in the trashcan and use aveeno or something. It has no one single ingredient that would improve anything in your skin. Juvaderm is garbage!!

Yes a big Scam!

Never buy free samples of RenuvaDerm!!!! They took money out of my account without my permission. I didn't reorder their product and I didn't receive those products either. I ordered two free samples of eye and wrinkle cream, which I did received. All I had to pay was shipping and handling for them. One was $5.95, the other was $4.95. Which they took out of my account. That was on 12-08-14. I looked on my bank statement and on 12-24-14, they took out two different transactions. One for $89.47 and the other for $94.57 I did not give them permission to do so and there wasn't anything on the form I filled out that said the products would be on a reordered list. I never received those products. I called them and I was told to leave a message, which I did and I sent a email to them. I have had no response from them. I hardly ever order products on line. This is why! Now I'm out a total of $184.04 Soooooooooo, I call RenuvaDerm again and this time they did answer the phone. Eric told me that this was a 14 day trial and if I didn't like the product, I was to call them within the 14 days and tell them that I didn't want to continue the product. He said the $89.47 and $94.57 were the cost of those products. (these products are less that .50 fl ozs) I said, it said free trial and that is false advertisement. I also told him I had contacted the BBB, the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General on them. He told me, I wish you would have contacted us before calling them, we could have refunded your money. I told him I had called and they told me to leave a message. (I did and they never got back with me) He said, well we have been very busy today. I'm sorry I can't help you. You just lost your money. People call everyone you can. So we can try and get our money back!

Towards the end of november, i ordered a trial sample of the Renuvaderm products and authorized payment for shipping & handling only. A few days later, the Monday before Thanksgiving, my mother-in-law died very unexpectedly. We were very close and it was a tremendously emotional time. During the planning for the funeral & taking care of all the details following death, these products arrived and were set aside and forgotten.

There was a second delivery at Christmas and then i noticed several charges to my credit card. Four charges of $94.00 each. I called and asked to return the product as it had been unopened and unused & they refused to take it back and offered me 30% of my money back but only for the last shipment. I explained that I never even opened the box, the product is untouched & they still refused. I now have over $400.00 charges that they will not refund.

i am trying to work with my credit card company to get some resolution -but this is a real scam. No compassion, no customer service. This program was designed to rip you off. I asked to speak to someone in charge that could help me at Renuvaderm & they wouldnt let me talk to anyone else. Do not buy from this company!!! Diane, Georgia

RENUVADERM scam!

I have had the same experience as the letter presently posted renuvaderm's practice is very misleading. I agreed to 4.95 charge for a free sample but was charged an additional amount of 6.95 on nov 10. The 'free' sample arrived 4 days later. On sunday nov 23 i happened to check my bank acct online and saw two charges from renuvaderm. One for 90.00+ and the other charge for 89.00+ for the sample fortunately my debit account had not yet been processed. I had read the ad carefully but there was nothing indicating it would obligate me to pay close to 200.00 for a sample and there were no documents with the shipment. I called the tel number on the bottle (that is so minuscule i needed a magnifying glass to read it) i spoke to a man named gerry who told me i had signed a contract and the charges were non refundable. I called my bank and they were good enough to block my account before the charges were processed on monday morning.. ' i telephoned renuvaderm again and told gerry that i was entitled to have the charges cancelled as i had been misled by their advertising. After a long conversation with gerry obviously reading from a script in a monotone through a speaker box repeating things about my contract, etc. I told him i would file a complaint with the attorney general. He said he would cancel half. I told him it was not satisfactory and that i wanted them cancelled in total. After hanging up i received 4 e-mails from renuvaderm cancelling my membership and cancelling the charges but that i might be responsible for the reshelving or whatever other charges.

GAUGING CONSUMERS WITH NO RECOURSE

Why hasn't the Better Business Bureau of California done something about this company taking advantage of consumers across the country? Like others I accepted the shipping and handling charges for a free trial product. A month later my credit card was charged $4.00 for shipping and handling in addition to $90 for my membership and subscription to receive this product. I immediately called the number listed on my credit card and informed the customer service agent that I was not interested in becoming a member and subscribing to receive this product in the future. After declining the several offers to receive the product at a discounted price, I was under the impression the company representative and I had come to the understanding that I was not going to receive any future products (I've only received the free trial offer of the product) and my credit card would be credited for the $90 by the next billing cycle. Upon reviewing my credit card statement I found the company charged my card again. Again I called the number on my credit card statement I was non to happy about being charged again and not being credited as I was told. Again the service rep tried to offer me a discount price and continuously tried to over talk me, I interrupted her several times asking if there was a notation to this account that I called before, she stated there was but I should have called again prior to the next billing cycle to make the same request. By now I'm very upset and asked several times to speak with a supervisor to request something in writing because I could not trust verbal conversations canceling this subscription. After 20 minutes of back and forth with Frankie, that I didn't want to speak to her anymore, that I only wanted to speak to a supervisor, I was given the name Elizabeth Sanders and the email address [email protected] which I made her spell. At that point I was verbally given a cancellation number and received a cancellation notice by email. However, when I called back to speak with Ms. Sanders I was told there wasn't anyone there with that name. I am sending an email to the address given and copying the CA Better Business Bureau because this company is gauging people and it appears we have no recourse. I will no longer order from the company that advertised this free trial product either.

I found an eye cream I wanted to try. It said it was $5.95 so I ordered it and filled in my billing information. When I clicked to purchase it - it automatically also ordered serum for me and I had no way to 'back out' of that screen and it charged me an additional $4.95. I looked over everything and saw no terms and conditions. The containers came in the mail and had no additonal information about the company or the terms and conditions. I then went on a one week vacation and returned and opened my credit card statement. There was a charge for $94.57 on the statement. I called my credit card company immediately to stop the charge as fraud. They tried to call the company and the number listed for the $5.95 charge was a different number than the $4.95 charge.

They tried both numbers. One was not a correct phone number and the other was closed for the weekend. They then told me another $89.00 charge went through after my billing statement. I said this is deceptive and explained how there was no notification about additional charges and also how they auto filled a serum for me that I had no way to back out of the screen for. I will try on Monday morning with my credit card company to reach RenuvaDerm at the other phone number to get my money back. I have never had anything happen to me like this and my hopes are that a class action suit is brought against this company for their deceptive practices so this does not happen to other individuals.

Like an earlier report on RenuvaDerm, I was idiot enough to order a "free" trial of some cream and "serum" and astounded today to see two charges on my onlne bank statement today, one for $94 and one for $89. I was outraged, because like the other report, there was nothing on the online order form or in the box to indicate that this wasn't free at all. It was only free if you didn't cancel within 14 days. And by ordering the free trial you were automatically given an account that ships another $200 of useless stuff to you each month. I called the bank and they said they couldn't handle it yet while it's still listed as pending. I may do what that other person did and cancel that card before the charge is fully cleared.

I called and raised hell, demanded that the charges be cancelled and the two Indian call center (in Wisconsin) read the script to me over and over again, finally saying they would refund half the cost (which takes a couple of months) and send me a coupon for more products. Hilarious. I kept asking for a supervisor and one finally told the truth that a supervisor would talk to me when one was available, if ever.

This is an outrageous scam and I will report it to the Consumer Fraud department of California, where the company is based.

The have another product called "snake venom peptide cream." That's appropriate.

I order a 30 day trial cream just to seeif it worked...no results!! I called to make sure I wasn't going to be charged the person told me it was absolutely FREE!!!They just asked if I let them know if I was satisfied, next thing I know I was charged for a product I didnt even ask for they sent me an additional serum. The firt one was charged as well 69.99. I called for a refund they said they don't do refunds. Still fighting it

This company advertises a free sample program. And it all sounds great. But the fine print in their online terms, which they don't tell you about, is that they will charge you nearly $200 if you keep their FREE SAMPLE .. and then continue to bill your credit card forever for nearly $200 per month!

When I called their customer service dept, the foreigner I had to deal with argued and defended their position, and was very rude and intimidating.

I recommend staying away from this company and their products

It said it was a free trial. I must have missed all this other stuff about getting charged $84.00 for the first bottle and 94.00 for the second that they were going to send me automatically. I called and an oriental lady answered, could barely understand her, she said I could not send it back they dont do refunds. This is a rip off and dont like the product, so I have 2 bottles of basically hand lotion for $200.00. I will not stop fighting this, I am so angry right now. I want to know how to start a class action suit against this company.

I watched a video of a lotion on a womans face that worked instantly. Thats what I thought I was getting, and as a free trial.

I was to pay for shipping and handling only of 9.95 or something. I did not see I would be charged anymore or seen that I had to call within 14 days to cancel and I wouldnt be charged. Now I get another shipment today, a month later and see I have been charged 200.00 for both bottles. I called to tell them I dont want this stuff, I dont like it, and want to return it and get a refund, as I didn't order the second bottle. I was, like many people would be ok with paying 9.95 for something I didnt like, but not 200.00! They would not let me send it back, and would not give me a refund. They said they would cancel it today so I would not get anymore shipments. Thats great after now they have my $200.00 and I have 2 bottles of glorified hand cream. I will file a complaint with the better business bureau, and will not stop with trying to stop these thiefs! America should not allow this to happen.

I ordered a free trial of RenuvaDerm. After using it for 14 days, I decided to not send it back and waited to receive a second shipment which was supposed to be one month from the first shipment. It came 6 weeks later. Today, I received a 3rd shipment only 2 weeks after the second one. When I called the company to cancel and inquire about sending the current shipment back, they tried to sell me more product at 75% off the price. I told them I did not want any product and said I no longer want anything on automatic shipment. They said they would put my account on hold. I stated I wanted it cancelled completely. They told me I would never again be allowed to order product from them if I insisted on locking my account. I told them I had no intention of ever ordering their product again. Then I explained about the times of the shipments. They gave me false dates of when the product was shipped insisting it was delivered to my mailbox on May 13th and June 13th. It was not. I received the second shipment in early June and the 3rd one today - June 16th. Essentially the customer service rep told me I was lying. I gave them a choice - I would refuse shipment and they would get their product back in return for a credit on my account or I would issue a stop payment with my credit card company and keep the product. The rep tried to sell me something else. When I told her to answer with only a yes or a no as to whether or not I would receive a credit, she started in on some spiel. I asked the same thing again demanding only a yes or no and she started with the same spiel again. I then asked for a superviosr and she refused to connect me with one. In all honesty, this isn't a bad product - just not worth the money. I might have considered buying more of it, but there is no way I will ever deal with this company. And, the representatives have such heavy accents that I had a hard time understanding them.

I ordered a sample product and was supposed to pay only $4.95 for shipping. I got a bottle of serum ( 1/2 ouce) and noticed today (3 months later) they are taking $94.57 a month for something I did not order and have not received.

The people on the phone are rude and can't speak english. My 85 year old mother is now out almost $300.00 and they won't refund her a dime!

I was unfortunetly stupid to order from this company. It was a cream for the face, and only pay $.95 for the shipping of the product.

I did receive the order, and a few days later, a woman called me to inquire if I liked the lotion. I told her that it was okay, however, am on many medicines, and do not think it may agree with me, and would not place another order.

Two days ago I received the exact creme in the mail, and then my thinking brain appeared, and realized that this company was going to send me every month a bottle og thids creme.

I called them about two days ago and spoke to a gal, named Angel, if that indeed was her true name, and explained that I had received another box of the same cream.

I was on my way to my primary Doctor's office and she refused to take the charge for the second receiveable package. She kepy me on the phone forever, sating that if I did not respond withing 30 days to cancel my order, I would liablle. I never did see that on their form, and secondly when the lady phoned me, as I stated, I was not interested in continuing the lotion. She was rude, and then started to offer me other offers inplace of the original. I MUST OF SAID no to her 15 times, but got absdolutely angrier by every minute, as she would not tske bsack the makeup. After 10 minutes of her horrible attitude, I just hung up on her.

Am angry at myself for ordering thi in the first place, but am refusing to pay for the second shipment.

I surely hope you can aid me in this ridiulous situation.

My thanks, L. Murphy

Clicked on an on line advertisement while on my cell phone. The y used a Walmart advertising logo and I though I may have seen the this vita cream to help remove wrinkles. I knew these creams in the store typically ran around $20-25 dollars so I decided to give the product a try at $5 each for either my wife or myself.

I received the product and everything looks like its going as planned, but suddenly 15 to 30 days later my credit card is billed for $87 and $89 dollars. Unfortunately I wasn't sure where the bill came from, but I had an inclination. I went to my credit union and disputed the charges on my debit credit card and they were removed with a provisional credit. Suddenly approximately 30 days later they charges are back on my card. There is not a good way to contact the company and I and probably no sensible person would spend such a ridiculous amount for an over the counter cream off the internet. [continued below]....

I am a consumer who purchsed RenuvaDerm at a site online that was a trial size available for S&H only which was $5.95 and $4.95. Two weeks later I have $94.57 and $89.47 withdrawn from my banking account unexpected on 5-27-15. I am very upset about this. When I recieved my trial box there was no invoice inside or any other paperwork stating that I would be charged an additional amount. I am needless to say very upset about this. I called the number I recieved from another person that filed a report also. I talked to a lady that didn't want to hear anything I had to say she just wanted to keep talking to me about the charge. I then asked to speak to a Manager and she didn't want to hear what I had to say about being ripped off by the company. She then said she would send me a gift card through my email account and take off 25% of the charges. I agreed but I still feel that they ripped me off as I am not being totally reinbursed. I will never order from this company again and will let anyone who is ordering from them as to what they did to me. Please add me to the list of unsatisfied customers with RenuvaDerm. Thank you for your time.

This company is SO deceptive! The rep and supervisor even admitted the 'contract' details are in the fine print. BUT UPFRONT, all info says '100% risk free' and 'no further purchase required!' The secret details are you have 2 wks, for the 'free trial' (ridiculous that any results could be seen in 2 wks, anyway) and then if you don't cancel, you are charged approx. $100! I called for a refund, but they absolutely refused. Supervisor admitted that they know people don't read the add'l agreement info, yet, they absolutely refuse to refund! DISGUSTING COMPANY! Also, i never did see any results.

I ordered a free trial of renuvaderm wrinkle serum and eye cream. The add i clicked on said it was a free trial, you just pay for the S&H. When I recieved the product, there was no papers in the box. 2 weeks after the product was charged to credit card, I had 2 unautherized charges of $94.57 & $89.47. I called the 855.233.0006 or 855.581.1150 that were on my cc statement, I called and asked why I was charged? The lady said it was not free and I agreed to the terms. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he was the coldest person on this earth. He told me that I will not be billed any more. I told him I was not afraid of that since i would not let him bill another thing to my account. I dont want anything more from this company and I would do what ever I can to inform people of this fraud. He said it said it on their website that I would be billed. I told him i clicked on an add that brought me to a page that said it was free. He said that they have no other web page and I went to renuvaderskin.com. I told him that I don't even have that website in my cookies. He is a liar. Anyhow, he said it is all legal. Under what law? He didn't know. I then asked if it was so legal than why was there no invoice or instructions stating such in the box. He said he would bring that up to his supervisor (he was probably not a supervisor). Both people sounded like their only job was to rebuttle all the people that were scammed.

One day on Facebook, I saw an add for a free sample. Unlike other such samples, nothing was noted about subscribing long-term to a product. Rather, it stated you would pay for your sample, and noted that most ultimately purchased the product. I received the cream in the mail. It was very greasy. I tried using it, but it was so greasy that even a small amount resulted in a very unattractive greasy appearance. Within the package, nothing noted that I had subscribed or indicating that I had 15 days before I would be billed 94.99 for this very small cream. Given that I did not know that I was being charged 94.99, I didn't return the cream and left it on the shelf. I then had bronchitis and didn't check my card that week. When I felt better, I logged on to the credit card to check my statement and found I now had two charges for 94.99 each.

I contacted them. they didn't deny that nothing was noted about it being a subscription. Moreover, they would not take back the original and tried to instead sell me more cream. I am sending back my second cream, as they will not take back the first one. I am very upset and have contacted my credit card to investigate this as fraud; and I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau, etc. these is deceptive and unfair trade practices, especially given that they did include something in the package they shipped a note about other products they were wanting to sell.

I responded to a free trial ad for Renuvaderm skin cream that offered a full thirty day supply for only payment of shipping and handling. As I was checking out of this site, another add appeared that offered their eye cream product for only a minimal shipping and handling charge. I received the products and was horrified a month later when I saw my Visa bill had been charded $89.47 and $94.57 respectively for these trial shipments. I called the Renuvaderm customer service representative(CSR) to say I only ordered a free trial and did not agree to any payment other than shipping and handling. The CSR said there were additional terms that required me to call fater two weeks to cancel. I did not see this caveat and cannot find it on their Free Trial Web Site. In addition to saying I could not get credit for products that I did not authorize the purchase the CSR continued to try to upsell me to buy more product. This "Free Trial" is a total SCAM and I feel I have the right to a full refund (minus the shipping and handling) for these two products. I am extremely dissatisfied with Renuvaderm marketing misrepresntation and fraudulent means to get potential buyers for products that are advertised as a free trial.

i watched the dr oz show on the aging skin cream for women. renuval derm eye cream and wrinkle serum. The show was offering free trials if u paid shipping and handling 4.95 I called and ordered the product u had to pay with a credit card or bank card I gave my account numbers. When I received my bank statement I was charged 94.57 plus three foreign currency fees from renuvaderm I called the company and was told by the rep that after 14 days if they don't hear from the customer they automatically draw a month supply fee from your account. I told him that is not told to the consumer up front when dro oz was pushing this product on his show or when u ordered this so called free trial. I had to close my bank account so that no more monthly fees would be drawn from my account. I am out of 97.22 this amount also includes their foreign currency fees. So much for dr oz fighting for the average citizen. I too ordered the so called free trial and was billed for an outrageous dollar amount in to separate charges to my credit card. My face is burned and I have been using burn treatment cream for Three Weeks to heal my peeling, cracked, and open soars to my eye area. It hurts. Really, really hurts. Save yourself the pain. Donot purchase this so called "free trial" of RenuvaDerm hoping to get rid of dark circles or anything else on your face. Let my bad experience keep you from being hurt and injured. I also fell for this scam. I ordered the trial size bottles and less than 1 wk later my credit card company notified me of unusual activity. Renuvaderm had placed a $96 charge on my card. When I called they said unless I called to cancel I would bebilled the full amount. I never noticed a cancellation clause in the add. It was definetly not 14 days since I received the trial. This company should be put out of business. When I spoke with them they told me I could have my bank call them with me on the line to try and get a refund. I had ordered Renuvaderm from Amazon a couple of months ago for $24.99. I liked the product and wanted to reorder it. When returning to Amazon to reorder the product it came up and said that they were not in stock temporarily to sell that product, so I went on the renuviderm that came up in the search engine and ordered the product there thinking they would send me the free trial and then charge me a reasonable $25 a month for renewing the productI came to find out that the amount being charged per month is over 90 dollars. I spoke with Tabitha from renuvaderm who would not give me an address to return the product. They would not stop talking about what a great product it is. I asked For the returning address and they would not give it to me. I am now going too call my credit card.

They charged me $184.04 and would not extend the trial and I could not send the product back. They said if it were late getting to me it was my responsibility to notify them. Rip Off is a good description of this company. They have you in small print and all they care about is their own financial gain and getting your money. If they really cared about the product they were have extended the trial to see if I liked it. I'm a business owner and believe in giving the best customer satisfaction. This company is indicative of what is happening online. I will never buy this product or any product on a trial period. It is a scam. The product is probably not very good since this is the only way they can market it is by forcing the consumer to keep it. I'm very upset.

I original signed up for free trial and I paid the shipping and handling. I was not informed that if I didn't return the product in 14 days that I would be charged $184.04. That was charged to my account and the following month I was againg charged with $184.04. I did call to see what was going on I was told that I would be refunded for my return of the product. So I returned the product and was refunded $172.o4, I was charged $12 for "to put the product back on the shelve".

When I called they refused to let me speak to anyone who was above the floor supervisor. I think it is a big scam because I wanted to return the trial offer and they said that they would not be able to refund my money for them even though Iwas not told about I could only return the product within 14 days. The product made my face. The product is not worth that amount. I original didn't even order the eye cream. The company is scamming people and the product is not worth it. Do NOT fall prey to this scam!!

Pretty much same story as others ------ I ordered what I thought was (and size looks like) a free trial for the shipping and handling fees. There was nothing mentioned about time frame to cancel, that I was signing up for auto ship or even what the price of the products were. When I began worrying that I might be on auto-ship, I called to check and was told not only was I on auto ship but that I had been charged full price (nearly $200.00) in the first 2 weeks which was supposed to be for the "free 30 days trial" size. I was floored! No amount of complaining has gotten my refund and they keep saying "the conditions are clearly stated". Not so!! I have ordered online before without problems but after this I doubt I will ever do so again. Very unethical company. Beware!!

Product was represented to be a trial offer. However, there was lots of small print saying you agree to a monthly shipment of 94.00 dollars. Never received the trial offer, then received the first shipment @ 94.00 and within two weeks received the second shipment at 94.00. When I called the company they would not refund the money stating that I had agreed to receive the product every month @ 94.00 per shipment. In small print this is what it says, but could not find that. I have never used the product and will never order it again. Feel really stupid.

I ordered a product I had seen on facebook and I had been seeing all these wonderful testmonies from well known people. The product is Renuvaderm. It stated it was a free trial to order these products and you were just paying for the shipping. First of all the product did not work for me as my eyes and skin looked worse after I started using it and discontinued usuing it after a few days. Lo and behold when I got my bank statement they had charged me the free trial amount which was $4.95 and $5.95 along with $94.57 and 89.47. They were going to continue to send me their products at this amount without telling me. When I received the products there wasn't an invoice only a little card thanking me for my order and a number to call with questions.

I called the number and told them how displeased I was and their advertising lead you to believe you were ordering their product for only the cost of the shipping on a trial basis to see if you liked it and could reorder in the future. They told me I could send back the products unused at my cost with a $6.00 restocking fee for each of the two products. Supposedly when they receive these products they will credit my charge card minus the $12.00 and they say they have cancelled my account of today which is March 22, 2015. Please do not be mislead as I was and trust this type of advertising. Like I said if it looks to good to be true it probably is.

If they do not follow through and cancel my account and credit my charge card I will be following up with this report.

Do not order Renuvaderm I belive it is a scam.

Rejuvaderm, Nuvoderm, Renuvaderm, Modernuskin, Renuskin, Zanuantiaging

Rejuvaderm has also been reported on other scam reporting sites where I have also filed a report against them. Apparently all the names above are the same criminal enterprise. They may use others. Some victims have reported them to their state Attorney General. If the AG's get enough complaints perhaps they will open an investigation/Prosecution. My Bank told me they were able to reverse all charges, fortunately for me. I had to cancel my Debit card. If you have the energy notify your Facebook contacts as well as Dr. Oz, Oprah and Ellen Degeneres. The Rejuvaderm charge showed up on my bank record as Zanuantiaging. I received a call from my bank's Loss Prevention dept Early Sunday morning because, fortunately, they saw an $89.95 charge from Zanuantiaging as suspicious.
