Terrible company. Terrible service. They are arrogant and completely insensitive to personal privcacy. They were conducting google services with my name, that they apparently had via their Caller ID, and then called me up letting me know all of the negative information they found on me on the internet. I called to speak with a manager and they refused. I told them I knew who was on their board and they still refused. I will get to bottom of it and definitley let the higher-up people running this scam know who they have working for them. An embarassment.

Signed up for annual services at $99.00 per year. The web page was unresponsive and when the transaction was complete it had charged my account twice. I contacted the customer service department and they refused to issue a credit. I requested all services cancelled and requested refund. no response no refund

I bought an extremely expensive reputation program from Brent Franson the VP of Sales at Reputation.com.He called me numerous times telling me I had unflattering content online (which i now believe he created) and that he would help me get it removed.

I paid thousands of dollars for his help and it moved to the second page of google search for about a month before returning to the #1 spot. They keep calling me to upsell me to a more "potent package" which they claim will solve the problem. Meanwhile I ask to speak with Brent and they say he's not available. I have since heard from former colleagues that he has contacted them as well to extort money!!

Do not do business with this man or his company!Fraud.

I had some unfortunate pictures of me posted by on the internet by newspapers. I was cleared of all wrongdoing. Thank God. I managed to swat all the Mugshot sites via paying the ransome. But, Nothing I did was helpful in getting the other pics removed.

My project manager stated that I needed the $5,000 package in order "push down" the bad pics. After 1 year

all they sucseeded in doing was putting my face DIRECTLY NEXT to the two bad pics. Thus removing all double about who this person is in the news reports. ugh! I was told repeadedly throughout the year that I just needed to wait a few more months for the process to work. Then at the end, they just kinda said "Whoops" we really can not garrantee that we can push down those pics.

I have since hired another firm to try this push-down effort again. They explained that Reputation.com (REP) does very boring, predictable and lazy content. Therefore, Google and Big simply do not regard REP content as important.

To top it off..... REP has basically TRADEMARKED MY NAME by creating sites with my name on them. They do not want to transfter control of these over to me. They stated "THESE ARE OUR SITES".... Holy Crap!

Also, I sent an OVERNIGHT LETTER to the owner of REP.COM and he completly ignored my letter.

I aked in the letter what his intentions were to make me a satisfied customer. He does not care.

That is a fact.

This war is not over. I will get a refund and my name back from REP.

I hope this report helps others!

I called REPUTATION.COM after I noticed their AD on the radio. I had sued a former employees Jon Cohen and Harvey Modlin for stealing computers, databases and inventory. Once we exposed them for the lowlifes they are they made false claims on the internet. I have never been arrested, charged or convicted of any crime in my 58 year lifespan. They posted I was convicted of purjury in the Orange County Superior Court Case where we proved they had stolen many items from their employer Primetech Corporation.

Their false internet postings were several pages back when you entered my name in Google. ROBERT PRESTWOOD. I asked the telemarketer from REPUTATION.COM how much it would cost to correct these false statements. He said $50,000.00 and a maintainence fee of $10,000.00 a month. I laughed! A month later I googled my name ROBERT PRESTWOOD AND ALL OF COHEN'S, MODLIN'S AND RON MOORES FALSE CLAIMS WERE ON THE FIRST PAGE. They were all moved forward from several back pages. Then the REPUTATION.COM telemarketer called me later and asked me if I wanted to reconsider their service. The vibe he gave me was he could move all the false stuff up or he can move it back!!! You pay they go back....you do not pay and anything bad goes up front true or not!!! NICE RACKET!!
