This company Restor Restoration is as shady as it gets, not one thing i was told by my salesman was true. from the start time of the job to the small jobs getting done that were added as incentives by the salesman. when trying to get answers for questions on why it was taking my job so long to get started nobody including my salesman would answer my calls, when i would leave a message i would get called back from people in the company that didnt even work in illinois, and had no answers for me. i finally got reimbursed for the small jobs but now have to find someone else to do the work.
i will say that the roof looks great and the crew worked really hard only to find out that they were just sub contractors and they lived in texas, even though i was told that the crews were all Restors, not sure if most companies do this but just didnt seem right.
i was offered an extended warranty for my troubles but never recieved the paperwork for any warranty hopfully i never have to use it.
looking around on the internet there is alot of bad reviews for this company, wish i would have seen it before i signed.
