Having recently moved to California, I have been job huntiing rather aggressively for the 3 months. My resume hasnt been seeming to land me openings worth having, and so I decided to try out a resume writing service to see if they could give a professional touch. Last night I filled out all of my information for them to use to write me a resume, submitted my payment, and noticed immediately in my bank account that I was charged an extra $40 dollars on top of the $89.
I filled out the form online and emailed the company numerous times to please cancel my order, with no response. I then tried calling the company, almost 30 times. All I recieved was an automated response telling me that all the representatives were busy but that they would get back with me. Still, noone has got back to me.
I tried calling and texting the number provided for Mr. Andrew Greenstein, and still, no response.
I have read nothing but terrible, terrible reviews of this website, and I do not wish to conduct business with you. I find it very frustrating that I have now tried three different means to contact this company, and have spent all of this time to no avail. Perhaps you indeed are a legitimate company, with a legitimate product. However, there is something very unsettling about not being able to reach someone about my order, either by phone or online, and I want my order cancelled.

Company promised a professional resume. Sent me a resume with my information all mixed up . They claim to guarantee revisions and open 24/7. I have sent numerous emails and keep getting automatic electronic responses that they are looking into it and my resume will be revised. Haven't gotten it. I called and all I get is voice mail. I am very upset! This company does not stand by its advertising. Well, they got my money. Buyer beware!
