I ordered RevitaEye and Beau Derma 14 day trial offer off a Facebook Add. What they sent (late) was a 30 day supply and I was totally unaware, they had actually signed me up automatically for an auto-shipment of these products every 30 days that then were charged to my credit card.

I just cancelled my 'membership', but unfortunately not soon enough. I was abroad when a new unwanted shipment arrived and I won't get a refund.

I would like to warn everyone that these products are horrible!! After using RevitaEye as directed for 3 days, the skin around my eyes was literally burned. I couldn't stand to put anything on the skin except cold water and vaseline. As for Beau Derma facial creme, after 3 days of use it too had burned my face to the point, dead skin sluffed off in mass. Its as though someone took a BLOWTORCH to my face and eyes. I have to believe these products are toxic! I do not have sensitive skin nor have I ever had a 'reaction' to facial care products in the 55 years of using them.

I sincerely hope the company manufactoring/distributing these products is at least shut down, if not sued in a class action suit.

Chemical Burn

I, too, used the product as directed and after three days have a severe burn, redness, swelling, and horrible sagging skin 'bags' under my eyes. I do not have sensitive skin. Leaving on a trip in a week and I look horrible and it is painful.

Do NOT buy this!

Very worried about skin damage.

tryskinboost.com and revitaeye.com are liars

I was just cheating by revitaeye.com.

It is said 14 days trail for free, actually, they will charge you about $90 for each product with 30 days. They are totally liars. They are actually one company, but will charge you twice.

I don't know how to say. They are cheating and they liars

I don't understand why they can exist!!!!!

Still a Scam - This is Unbelievable!

I fell for this too and experienced the same problems as all who posted here. Can't believe it!

And SHAME ON The Doctors! I can't believe that they are still endorsing this product on their show. How could they in all honesty endorse either Beau Derma or RevitaEye? They are both scams and they ripoff their customers with impunity. I can't believe that I fell for Dr. Ordon's endorsement. Those falsehoods, incorrect statements, and "secret" subscriptions have completely turned me off from what I thought was a set of valid physicians. I will be sure to advertise their affiliation with this terrible situation at every chance I get.

I should have researched these products before I fell for this ripoff.

Don't Bother Trying

I like the others had a bad reaction to the product and called within 5 days of the 15 day "Free" trial period. It is NOT "free" if they are going to charge you for what you have received which is what they did. So I paid the initial shipping of $5.95, they charged me $42.71 but I complained and they gave me a whopping credit of $12.81 so I still ended up paying $35.85 for a product I will never use!

Same exact thing goes for the Beau Derma which they get you to try out together but you need to cancel separately on different phone numbers and they still try to charge you as much as possible. I was able to get the Derma people to only charge me 50% of the $89.99. I'll still be out the $45 plus $4.95 shipping on that one!

Major scam and rip off going on here people - Don't Bother Trying it!

Hard lesson learned! Don't fall for it.

Signed up for a trial for $38. I was not told that after 14 days I would start receiving the product every month and charged $91.00. I issued a complaint with my credit card and received a credit that was later denied.

I tried the product as a 30 day trial. I experienced rashes over my eyes after 3days I did not authorised any more products and they creditted my checking account with 85.95 and 89.55 dollars which I cancelled on the same day of the transaction.

Stay Away!

If I can, I won't even give it 1 star - it is worse than BAD! My skin too reacted to the product within 3 days of use. I called the only number provided to cancel the day I saw they had charged my account 85.95 and 89.95 - this was morning of the 9th day after I received the product - 15 days after the evening I placed the order....... so my "14 day free trial" period obviously included the day the order was placed, the time it took them to process the order, and the time it took the postal service to get the product to my mail box (6 days) ..... I believe I am intelligent enough to know that leaves an 8 day trial period. I immediately disputed the charges however that didn't work for me either. Numerous attempts to contact them by phone only to be told that my "membership" had been cancelled and a hang-up. When I finally hit zero and got a person on the phone - only to hear them say that "the account was in dispute and they couldn't talk to me" and a hang-up! E-mail responses the same - we can't do anything for you! I got 1 response that actually said a bit more - but really just words in a different form. They have NO customer service and NO respect for customer rights - I have never had an experience like this before and I will never give in to taking a chance on an offer of this nature again! It seems something should be able to be done about this kind of fraud to the innocent consumer! At least - it's good to know I'm not alone - that others have been going through this too. It's stuff like this that causes the wrinkles around our eyes!

Revita Eye and Beau Derma

Report the company to the Better Business Bureau on line (it's easy). You could potentially get a full refund. Read the other complaints about this product on their web site.

Numbers to cancel account: Beau Derma 888-510-9185, Revita Eye 888-206-0628

When I ordered these products from a yahoo news page, it had the endorsement of Dr. Oz. The advertisement did not specify that I had 14 days to cancel. The products were advertised together for one shipping cost of $5.95. In January there were two separate charges of on my credit card 14 days after my order of $89.95 for "SMI skin remedy" and $89.95 for "Eye advanced". I had not even received the order so how could I know if it was going to like the products. In February there were two additional charges for each product: $94.90 for Beau Derma and $91.95 for Revita Eye. Total that they have taken me for is $373.60 for four containers of bad product 0.5 oz each. That's 186.80 per ounce!

I called to cancel my account and was not told that I had to call a separate number to cancel the other product. The call center person would not tell me what country she was working in. She insisted she was in Santa Ana but could not name the state. I did some online research and discovered I had to call a different number for each product even though it's the same company. This is a potential way the company can continue to charge until the customer realizes that there is a different number for each product. I called the following day, spoke to a different person with the same type of accent and got her to give me the number for the other product.

DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS

On December 4, 2014, on the internet i order a trail order of Revita Eye and Beau Derma serums for $5.95, each. After receiving and using the products, my skin was irritated, thus on December 18, 2014, i call Revita's Customer Service Return Dept (888-503-6085)and cancelled the orders. I received confirmation emails of the cancellations. The Customer Service Representative also instructed me to return the unused portion of the Revita eye serum within 30 days of the cancellation. On January 7, 2015, returned the eye serum to the company. Using the following information provided by Customer Service Representative via email on December 18, 2014.

I also ordered free samples (via Facebook ad - never again!) for Revitaeye and Skinenhance products. I received the samples and then almost immediately my account was billed for $89 and $85 respectively for these products. I guess I am stuck with what they are shipping now and will consider it a valuable lesson learned. I was able to cancel the Skinenhance using a phone number appearing on my visa card bill. However, I cannot find a phone number for Revitaeye and need one desperately so I can cancel that one as well. Please advise where I can get that phone number. The entire entry on the card statement is Revitaeye 888206888-2060628 CA. I have tried lots of combinations adding one digit to those first 9 listed to no avail.

revita eye annd beau derma

I called the company once I saw the charges my credit card. They told me I had a contract and then offered me 15% off, then 30% then 50%..I refused to accept this and insisted I wanted 100%..Ask for the Rma number which gets them moving (return merchandise authorization)..they finally gave it to me and then I had to go through the same thing with the other product. I went to the post office, spent $3 with a tracking number to send it back..They sent me an email saying I would be refunded the full amount. Hasn't been posted yet but I'm hopeful..DO NOT GIVE UP! BE INSISTENT!

Revita Eye. They offer you a free trial for shipping only cost. They then charge you a few days later for full amount. They are a scam!!!! Don't get involved with these people. The website no longer exists and the phone is a recording which gives no options to talk to customer service.

Revita Eye's terms and conditions state that "If you contact customer service to terminate your trial enrollment within 14 days of the date that you enroll in the Program, you will not receive any additional product and you will not be changed anything else." My enrollment date was Tuesday, August 19. 14 days would expire on Tuesday Sept 2. According to my phone records, I actually called and cancelled on August 29, at 7:45 AM. Revita Eye chose to acknowledge that call on Sept 2 and charged my account on Sept 1.

Revita Eye makes the typical claims to reduce or eliminate wrinkles, dark circles and puffiness. They make a broader claim of firming sagging skin if used in conjunction with another product called 'Beau Derma'. Although their web site has feedback, they do not have a link to allow actual customers to leave feedback, so, apparently, thier 'feedback' is fake. The web site also does not tell you the actual cost of the product. They have a two week 'Free Trial' where they will send you the product for the cost of shipping only. The trail begins the day you place your order NOT the day you recieve it. I placed my order on July 27th and did not recieve the cream until Aug. 1st, already 5 days into the trial period! After using Revita Eye for 3 days I experienced a fairly severe allergic reaction (something that has never happened to me before, I do Not have 'sensative' skin). By the time I contacted them, I was already 9 days into the trial, even though I only had the cream 4 days. The person I talked to said I would be billed $38.95 for the cream, even though I was canceling well within the 'Free Trial' timeframe! I complained and he reduced the price to $22...so much for a Free trial! If this product ends up causing permanent damage to my skin, I will be looking for an attorney....currently my eyes are worse than before I used the cream, more wrinkles caused by severe dryness and itching, and my eyes and surrounding skin are swollen. Beau Derma did pretty much the same thing, but had a 'return' offer. I will write a separate complaint about them if they do not accept my return, and I am assuming, by their stringent rules, they WILL find a reason to claim I did not comply and bill me $89.99 for the cream anyway!

Scam

Once the trial was made they started getting money out of my account sCAM!

  • May 21, 2015

The website originally claimed it was a Free Trial Offer - just pay $5.95 for shipping, and $4.95 for the companion product called Beau Derma. There was no mention of an ongoing monthly order, and no mention of the exorbitant regular price of $85.95 and $89.95. Now their websites have been changed: the word "free" is gone and both say "Unfortunately we are no longer taking new orders. We apologize for the inconveniences. Thank you!" (same exact wording).

After using the products for a few days, I developed a bright red rash in two spots on my face, along with itching and burning. Even though I stopped using the products, the rash has gotten so bad that I am now using a prescription ointment to try and clear it up. Now it looks as though the red blotches may be permanent.

I went back to the website and found a link that said If you wish to cancel your order, please click here! So I did, and assumed that was the end of it. But no, a few days later my credit card was charged $85.95 for SKI*EYESTIMULATE and $89.95 for JYB*SKINBENEFIT! Even now, on their revised website it still claims: " Upon signing up for your trial offer, your credit card provided will be charged a One-time Shipping & Handling fee of $5.95. If you contact customer service to terminate your trial enrollment within 14 day of the date that you enroll in the Program, you will not receive any additionhe al product and you will not be charged anything else."

When I called the customer service phone number after discovering the new charges, the woman explained (in broken English) that it had been more than 14 days and they would not give me a refund. When I complained, she first offered a 15% refund and then 30%. I said no thanks and hung up in disgust.

A few minutes later she called back and said if I returned the product (at my expense, of course!) they would refund my money. She then placed me on hold for several minutes so she could get the information she needed to give me, then disconnected the call.

So, my "free trial" of these "new advanced formula" miracle creams ended up costing me almost $200.00, as well as causing possibly permanent damage to my skin. Do not buy this product! Do not buy anything from a company called Oneders, Inc.! This is a scam and a ripoff, and I should have known better!

Vitier/Revita Eye

I do not wish to give out private information, however, i wish to comment on this company. It also goes by other names, which after approximately $400.00 i found out. Luxaderm is another fraudulent name that is used; evidentally there are a chain of these "rip off" agencies that are all connected and making a fortune. I initially ordered a sample of one of their products after reading their information. I tried it, did not notice any difference and just did not care for the product. Then, i started receiving shipments on a monthly basis with large amounts being taken out of my checking account. I called to cancel the product delivery and spoke to someone who did not speak good english and i had trouble understanding. She assured me that my order would be cancelled!! of course, it wasn't and i continued getting more shipments. To stop this fraud, i had to go to my bank, put stop payment on my account. However, the company found a way around that too. It was at that point, and after going back to the bank i found out these companies used other names to get to my bank account. I eventually had to have the bank report it to their fraud department and changed my checking card number and personal information. I learned a hard lesson. It is better to find a reputable product, probably from a dermatologist and stick with that. Do not be ordering from these "fly by night companies" who are making millions from unsuspecting individuals like myself.

  • May 8, 2015

RevitaEye emailed me a trial offer for an eye cream for less than $5.00. My approval was accompanied by fine print that indicated I must pay $91 plus change if the trial cream was not rejected in a noted time period.

This violation of the fine print offer indicated they would send me another bottle of the cream. Unfortunately, I did not the fine print. The

I received the second bottle yesterday along with notice from the Bank of America that the charge of $91.90 was added to my debit account. I responded today by a phone cancellation to RevitaEye of any future orders. I also called their sales department that I was returning the second bottle by mail. They said they would only refund 15% because I had not adhered to the correct time period for the refund.

This practice is a ripoff because they know most people wont read the fine print. Further more, a reliable company would provide the potential customer with a warning in the same size print as the trial offer. I intend to get my money back. I will call the Bank of America to see if they can help and contact Consumer Reports. If you can help in any way, please let me know.

  • Apr 25, 2015

Ordered trial sample. No indication that the product had to be cancelled within 15 days. They automatically started charging my credit card and would not give a refund. This is a total scam with agents in other countries that you talk to when you call in.

I saw Dr.Oz on t v advertising revita eye and beau derma anti wrinkle formula that he whole hearytly endorsed.

They advertised free trial of both for just $4.95 shipping and handling. No where did he or the paper work on the order state that I would be charged $94.90 for the revita eye and $94.90 for the beauderma. The product dried out my skin, when I called them they said it was for 30 days that the products cost. Every month I was charged these same charges.

I finally found o. The internet the phone number and cancelled the products in March 15. Today April

I was charged $94.90 again. I called thenumber they said revita eye was canceled but I had to call beau derma. Isn't it funny the phone number was the same except the last digit was different. I was told they could refund me 15 per cent ---imagine 15%. I spoke to the supervisor who said the order was in transit and if I wanted to pay the shipping charge I could send it back and they would refund me 50%. 50%????.

Finally she put me thru to who was . Charge a d he gave me a confirmation number that I would get 100% after I sent it back. DO NOT ORDER THESE PRODUCTS ---- THE COMPANIES ARE A RIP OFF.!!!! The products don't work and SHAME ON YOU DR. OZ.

Revita Eye/BeauDerma

I ordered a "free trial" of the revitaeye for 5.95 shipping fee and on the 14th day of the "free trial" the took $89.95 out of my account. They also sent me a "free trial" of the beauderma for $4.95 that i did not even order. They also took me for another $89.95. Never saw anything warning me this would happen. Because of these i was overdrawn on my account and now have additional charges for that. I sent an e-mail demanding a refund and they basically said too bad you knew what you signed up for. I immediately called my bank and filed a dispute so they are going to go after them to get my money back i am also contacting the bbb and my state attorney general. I feel so stupid but they're good at hiding the truth. Don't give up!

  • Apr 1, 2015

I ordered both the products Revia Eye and Beau Derma on March 1, was charged $5.95 S$H. Did not recieve the product until the 15 day trial period was over. Then I find out that this company has already shipped the next months product on the 15the of March, and I am being charged $85.00. I did call this company on the 15th to cancel the order because it hadn't arrived, but the girl said it should arrive and that I had plenty of time to cancel. What a rip off! When I called them today (March 31st) to try to cancel and straighten this mess out, The operater would not listen to me. I aske repeatedly to speak to a manager, She put me on hold for around 3-5 minutes, only to come back and tell me a manager is not available and that they would call me back in the next 24 hours. Yeah right, I bet they won't.

False Trial Advertisement

I completely read the 14 day Trial Terms and conditions and it states that from the time that you order the product, if you call and cancel within the 14 days, you will not receive any product or be charged any other charges. Well that is a bunch of BS, I called within the allowed time and the lady even said i was within the 14 days, but i was still going to be charged for the product. First she said she would give me a discount of $22n when I said why, she said ok I can charge you $14.95 and when I said why are you charging me for a trial size she said then you need to send me the unused product back. What kind of BS is this? There is nothing in the Trial Terms and Conditions statement that says about returning the trial size product back. I didnt want to keep arguing, so I just said okay cancel my product and charge me the $14.95, but you can bet that I will let everyone know that you people are a scam! Very Dissappointed!

  • Mar 18, 2015

I ordered a sample of Revita Eye and Beau Derma for the cost of shipping. Revita Eye burnt my eyes so badly that I couldn't stand to use it. It's for the eyes, but the directions say keep it away from eye area!! I wouldn't even use BeauDerma because there was not a list of ingredients on the jar no a place of manufacturing. I didn't feel it was safe to use. I just figured I was out the $10. Next I get billed $200 on my credit card!!! Of course I called, and they "cancelled" future orders (that I never did order). They refused to refund the $200. They were Spanish speaking and could barely speak English. Look at the money they are making with this scam!!! I got on the internet to research if anyone else had had this problem, and there are so many emails on there with the same complaint. People have gotten duped left and right!!! Who ever "owns" this "company" is false advertising, not marking ingredients on the label, producing a product that is painful, and the public is losing money like crazy. It's fraud and must be stopped!!!!

  • Mar 15, 2015

burning and more wrinkles

very bad product and it's my fault for not reading the fine print. As I go through my credit card statements I noticed a pre authorization for $89, puzzled about it since I'm trying to pay off my bill, I called the number listed on the authorization since my credit card company was closed and it was this stupid product I purchased as a try out, no realizing i authorize them to send me the try out authorizing them to bill me afte the try out which I didn't read. I cancelled right away but he operator who sounded from another country told me it was to late to avoid the charges since i was beyond the 14th day somehow i managed to get them to refund me the full amount after i requested to speak to supervisor to let them know of a possible lawsuit. At first they tried to sell me this awful product at 15 % discount, then 20% then 50% and that is when i was issue an RMA, they are now supposed to issue me a refund after they receive the product back, and after reading comments i had to call the other number to return the cream,. This isn't a scam, they actually have fine prints which most of us either forget to read SO for those of you who fell into this trap in buying this awful product:

1. be sure to call within 14 days to return product

2. call 2 separate CS lines as they are different products

3. return product asap

Tryskinboost.com and revitaeye.com

If i can, i won't even give it 1 star - it is worse than bad!

Before i received “14 day free trial” product, i left usa for a trip on feb 8, and i found these two companies Actually is one company) had charged my account 85.95 and 89.95 on feb 18, 2015

That means, i was charged for nothing – why called “14 day free trial”!!!!!

I contacted them by email in my trip and they cancelled my account without refund, even though i received nothing – i came back usa and checked my mails and did not find any package from their company

I called them and emailed to them. They said your account was already canceled! no service and no refund!!!!

So my "14 day free trial" period obviously included the day the order was placed, the time it took them to process the order, and the time it took the postal service to get the product to my mail box, even though you did not receive products. I disputed the charges however that didn't work for me either. I did numerous attempts to contact them by phone or by emails but only to be told that my "membership" had been cancelled and a hang-up.

No customer service and no respect for customer rights - i have never had an experience like this before and i will never give in to taking a chance on an offer of this nature again! it seems something should be able to be done about this kind of fraud to the innocent consumer!

I don’t really understand why this kind of fraud company could exist!!!!

At least - it's good to know i'm not alone - that others have been going through this too. It's stuff like this that causes the wrinkles around our eyes!

A big air hug for you all

One start for revita eye. Five stars for all the brave people who took the time to write these reviews. I was about to buy this product when I decided to first check this site. After reading all of these, I will NOT be ordering my free trial. Thank you all for the warning.

  • Mar 2, 2015

I agree with what a woman wrote about this product and this company.

"The web site also does not tell you the actual cost of the product. They have a two week 'Free Trial' where they will send you the product for the cost of shipping only. The trail begins the day you place your order NOT the day you recieve it."

I bought this product at the end of December and I went abroad so I didnt start using the product until the middle of January. I have discovered that they have been charging me every month the amount of 94 dolars for a product that I stop using after two days cause It damaged my skin. It becomes red, itchy and dry. However I didnt report anything cause I thought it was just a trial and of course I wasnt going to buy it again.

Since January, my skin hasnt been the same.Nowadays I have many problems on it.

I feel really upset and faked with this company about not saying the truth about their real prize of their products and of course about the low quality of their products. I used to have the skin of my face really nice an now I am struggling with it every day.

  • Feb 27, 2015

I ordered a free sample of Revita Eyes. All I had to do was pay $5.95 for s/h. Exactly 14 days later they charged my account $85.95. When I called about the charge they said that I should have sent it back within 14 days. I never saw that written anywhere on the ad. I was scammed.

  • Feb 24, 2015

To whom it may concern, I ordered revita eye and beau derma on line with understanding price would be $4.95 but when it came my account had been charged $85.91 the phone number in there pamplet is not working

Thank you for any help you can give me,

  • Feb 23, 2015

Revita Eye is a rip off from the beginning! They tell you to try the product for 14 days but start counting the day you place your order not at the time you actually start using the product. How can that be a true test. In my case. I ordered my product and did not get it for eight days.

My credit card was charged for $85.00 7 days after I received it. There is something so wrong that this company is being permitted to advertise one thing but cheat the consumer out of the actual trial period. my reaction was so severe my eyes swelled and it took days to go away, the discomfort was terrible.

When I called to speak with someone they were vague and it took loosing my temper to get a supervisor on the phone, of whom I could not understand at all, my husband as well tried to speak with them. It took threatening them with contacting Bill O'Riley from Fox before they even considered a partial refund.

The product may be good for some people, I don't know. The bottom line is "the rip off" factor of this company is off the charts and needs a wake up call. We as consumers are fighting back. The underhanded, fine print, or other wise misleading advertisement needs to be controlled. A true reputal company need not have a deceitful way to deal with consumers. Quality consumer support speaks volumes of the company.

Revita Eye and Beau Derma

It is an ad on the internet that offers a free trial for just $4.95 and $5.95 shipping and handling. You get full sized bottles. At the end of the month, i got my credit card bill and found that they also charged me $89.95 and $85.95 because i had not cancelled the membership. No paperwork came in the envelope, just the product.

I reviewed the site, and after clicking on their terms and conditions, i found over 6 pages that basically said they could charge me monthly, etc. Etc. One paragraph even referred to cancelling in 20 minutes after placing the ad. This is a scam and needs to be sued.

I had not had time to try the product, but several reviews talked about facial swelling and skin burning, so i am afraid to open the containers. So many good businesses use the internet to sell good products. It is a shame that such a bad company has to exist. I say company Singular) because both of these products were shipped from the same address, even though they claim to be two businesses.

The ad i responded to used dr. Oz in their ad, which made me trust them. I could not find his reference in the current ads.

Revita Eye and Beau Derma are a terrible scam and awful products

Definitely a scam. I discovered that I was billed over $180 plus shipping and handling charges which I thought I had agreed to only when my credit card came in. I have one product cancelled. Thank heavens I had not gotten around to using the products yet. Please not all the skin damages and discomforts that others have experienced. I am trying to get them cancelled and also working through my credit card to dispute the charges. This is a terrible scam and needs to be shut down. Do not reply to an internet ad.

Thank you to all of the above customers who bravely wrote these reviews

Thank you all for the heads up!

fraud BEWARE OF BEAU DERMA AND REVITA EYE

I ordered RevitaEye and Beau Derma 14 day trial offer off a Facebook Add. What they sent (late) was a 30 day supply and I was totally unaware, they had actually signed me up automatically for an auto-shipment of these products every 30 days that then were charged to my credit card.

  • Jan 28, 2015

I ordered the trial items and then called the company in one week and told them to not send me any more products, I did not want them. They did not send me any more products but charged me $89.47 and $94.57

Beware and read everything

They require you to return the "free" trial or they will charge you. It's in their fine print. These people are the most deceptive that I have run across.

I ordered a trial and agreed to pay shipping. No where did it say I was subscribing to anything. I was very careful looking for this. When I received my trial products it had a number to call - so I called to make sure I wasn't going to continue getting more product. I had to put my phone number in and couldn't get a real person. I had the option to cancel my subscription (that I shouldn't have had in the first place) so I did. I immediately got a order confirmation for $38.71. When I tried to call, it didn't work because it recognized my number. I had to use a different phone to get someone on the phone. When I did get someone on the phone I could barely understand her and she kept insisting that I agreed to this order. She said it was on the paperwork. I have it all printed out and clearly there is nothing on the paperwork.

Look at the fine print

At the very bottom of their webpage is their terms and conditions (in little teeny tiny print). It's about six pages and it does say that by clicking the "button" you accept their terms. It's the most deceptive thing I have ever seen.

Skin Damage_Beware!

After using both the Beau Derma and Revita Eye for only 2 days, which are advertised together, I began getting tender skin under and around my eyes. It became so tender and raw that the skin couldn't be touched and burned all day long. I stopped using the product when I started seeing the symptoms of irritation. The areas under both of my eyes continued to worsen over the next day and the skin began to peel away. That is when I went to see a doctor and they determined that my reaction was of that of a chemical burn. So, I went back and did some additional research on these companies and was astonished at the number of complaints. Most were false advertising and over-billing issues. In addition, there were many complaints about skin irritation. This product is unsafe and should be banned from being sold. If this product was to accidentally get into a customers eye, it could cause some serious vision problems.

I want to see this company put out of business for practices that compromise the safety and well being of the public. They are a danger to society, untrustworthy, and reckless. They will undoubtedly continue to be a threat to any person that uses their products. Disband the company and never allow the owners, ceo's, and managers to be allowed to work in any form of health and hygiene business or services. My lawyers have been informed and I will pursue this to the fullest degree. I don't want a refund for their unsafe practices, I want their business to be terminated.

Deceptive marketing, inferior products

Only wish I had researched this product before ordering. The full details did not appear on the mobile ad, and when I ordered the Beau Derma for $4.99, as I submitted the order a pop up asked if I wanted to add Revita Eye, I clicked yes to add. No price was given, no terms and conditions were agreed to. It just said "thank you, revita eye has been added to your order." I have gone around and around between phone and email customer service with this company. There is no talking reason with them. They just keep parroting the same thing, saying that I could not have ordered it had I not agreed to terms and conditions. It is a full blown scam. The products have burned my eyelids and broken my skin out in addition to everything else. They confirmed by email the "subscription" was canceled and I had to return the unused portion of the products within 30 days. Of course when I had them on the phone the price kept going down from 89.95 to finally 17.61 if I wanted to keep the products, with each 10 minutes of my frustration spilling over. I never order stuff like this because usually there is a "catch" that is revealed that you will get more products every 30 days, but in the mobile ad there was no explanation whatsoever to that effect. I looked carefully and it seemed legit that you were ordering a free trial product. What they told me was that I did not purchase a product at all, I only purchased the opportunity to try the product. No other way to say it--it is a SCAM all the way around, and who knows what is in the products they are selling. I cannot believe the testimonials are real people. I challenged them on that, because as you say there is no where on their website to write a "review." Very disappointed that these scams are allowed to continued and why someone isn't shutting it down.

I orderd a "Risk Free Trial" of RevitaEye, all I was supposed to be charged was the 5.49 for shipping and handeling, and if I didnt like the product, I was to call and cancel within 14 days, that simple.

While waiting to recieve the free trial, I was reading a news article online, and in the sidebar popup section was another ad for two totally seperate products I had never heard of before, so I decided to read it, this is where I knew I had been ripped off before ever even recieving my free trial. The other products I was reading about had the EXACT words, about the product, the EXACT same people who gave their reviews in the EXACT same words as the products I had ordered.

So I finally recieve my products in the mail, and of course, it is just another eye creme that does no more at all than any other one that can be purchased anywhere, so I decide to call and cancel my free trail before the 14 days is up, the very first recording on the 800 number is "If you are calling to cancel your free trial press 1" ok, simple enough, I press one, and the next recording say, your order has been canceled, your credit card will be billed 42.95 immediately for canceling.

Not acceptable to me, so I listen to the entire automated speel thinking I will be given a option to speak with a live person, wrong! So I know that by pressing zero during any automated call gets you to a live person, so I do, only to be told that its to bad, I ordered the "Risk Free Trial" at my own risk, and canceled it so they had charged me the $42.95 and that was that.

After a heated debate with said person, she said she would give me a refund of 15%, not acceptable, after then being placed on hold, she comes back and says refund of 20%, I then threatened a law suit, the BBB, and the Chamber of Commerce, and she asks to please not contact an attorney, now I have to go thru the process of mailing back to her the reminding amount of product from my "Risk Free, Free Trial, pay for shipping again, and pay for delivery confirmation, and then I will be refunded the $42.95.

And besides this, I also ordered the Beau Derma, same story, same 15% and 20% story, and they say the two products are not owned or sold by the same company, but the retun address is EXACTLY the same address... I call FRAUD on these people, and I only wish a Attorney would bring a law suit against them, I would be the first person in line to sign the papers!

All Above Are True

EVERY comment above is absolutely true! I called to cancel the products (Beau Derma and RevitaEye) ONE WEEK AFTER ORDERING them and the agent was rude and said my account would be cancelled, THEN she offered me a $38.95 offer, I said an absolute NO, she hung up, and my card was charged. I tried calling again and spoke to one of their reps, who told me she could do nothing. I had to call my bank which held my debit card and had to get their help. The bank agent called BOTH numbers for the products with me on the line. She spoke to the same rep and got my money back (the bank had stopped payment on the Beau Derma. BOTH products had come from the same address in Santa Ana, CA, but their reps both said they were "not connected"! The bank agent called RevitaEye and spoke to a rep there, who said unless I mailed back the RevitaEye, they would charge my account. The bank rep read their "rules", which, in fact, did say this was not a trial size, but a month's supply, and would have to be sent back. I am mailing it back straightaway. My bank placed a "no charge" for 14 months on both products. The moral: DO NOT GET SUCKED IN BY THESE PRODUCTS AND THE COMPANY'S SCAMMING METHOD!

Rip off

Never use your credit card for this. They charge you a small shipping fee to make sure your credit card is good and as soon as the small charge go thru they tack on the price of the next shipment they are going to send you. Even the cancellation phone number is set up where when canceling you are automatically agreeing to accept the product they have already charged to your card when canceling the membership. We should find a way to get together and filing a class action suit. When the charges show on your credit card they are using an out of state billing location although both samples came from the same Santa Ana address. The law should bust this company or close them down.

Rip-off

This is a total ripoff, with misleading advertising. I have learned and will never ever order anything without totally reading every line of the Terms and Conditions. This company (actually two) should have been closed down a very long time ago when people started complaining. So much for a "free trial" for paying postage only!!~

I didn't even want to give one star but there was no way to go lower
