I would like to make it clear that this complaint is not about Festiva resorts as we have had dealings with them with no problems in the past.
My wife and I was at their resort this week in Branson looking into buying with them when she pointed out that the sales men at table next to us was Rich Coppock who we had purchased from at other resort a few years ago.
After we purchased the other resort we immediately realized that we had made a mistake.We called Rich the next day and he convinced us that because of the discount he had given us we would be crazy to not go through with the purchase. He promised us that he could help us rent or sell the timeshare for a profit.
We soon realized that he was just trying to delay our cancllling. He eventually talked my wife into sending him around $500 with out me knowing in order for us to arrange the sale of our timeshare. She mailed him a check personally. He quit returning our calls and when we called the resort they told us that he was fired and refunded the money we paid them but not the $500 we sent Rich.
This man is just bad news. We had our attorney look into the matter an he advised us that it would be a waist of our time to go after haim as a quick back ground check showed us that he had so many judgments against huim we would never get anything from him.
