One Major problem here is that your project is at the mercy of their wood suppliers and deliveries. Do not expect to be able to plan a project or run a business around them at all.
Not by days or weeks.... I'm talking about months!
Which by default turns their idea of customer relations and properly running a business into actually telling the paying customer : "whenever your job is done is when you will get it and that's the end of the story."
Regardless of signed contracts/agreements or initial given dates or time frames given for completion do not expect to ever get the slightest clue or straight answer as to when your job will be done....ever.
The principal or understanding that the "Customer Is Always Right" is dead here, as is the fact that your Customer is your biggest and best advertiser.
It's a shame, because There is great talent there.... I just hope they wake up soon.
