We regrettably dealt with this company through eBay, where they purchased two used SSDs from us. A few months later, they purchased a new SSD of the same make and model. Shortly thereafter, they opened a case, claiming that the new drive was defective, and they would need to return it. What we received from them was one of the used drives from several months earlier (which was tested, and found fully functional). We reached out to them in an attempt to resolve the issue, but it was not an opportunity they chose to avail themselves of.
This company essentially stole our merchandise, and refused to acknowledge or right their wrong. They have exhibited extremely poor business practices, and their dishonesty and complete lack of ethics is appalling. We warn anyone considering using their services to look elsewhere. If you are looking for an honest company to trust with your electronics, this is definitely not the one.
