On sept 12,2019 i called apple support on how to get rid of a pop up. They took care of that and then transferred me to risezone. I paid $229.99 for a 2 year malware app and they offered 3 months of technical support. I had another problem last week and called them and they now wanted $199.00 for a year of technical support over and above what i already paid in september. I got them down to $180.00. Then i get a call this week from someone claiming they are apple support and they have found that i have been hacked and proceed to tell me that they need to remove this from my computer. I think these people are all connected somehow and they are calls from india and they use american names. I called apple and they said they are not legitimate. They need to be sued.
