He paid for the website, he approved the final draft via email and then several weeks after the website was operational he did a charge back from his AMEX card claiming it was “merchandise not as described”. Roberts excuse? Someone took 48 hours to respond to an email. (That was after he was told that the designer would be unavailable during that period). In our opinion Robert is someone of poor character, a cheater of the system, a crook and not be trusted.

I made the mistake of paying in advance with my AMEX card for a web site..
The site was not to my liking and I made several attempts to call this guy to get
thing corrected and after 2 days..no response..Now what would you do..I contacted
AMEX and THEY did an investigation and determined I was rip off and got my refund.
As for my character..people that know me will not agree with this guy..people that don't hopefully
will understand..
