I had a debt that was sold to 6 companies over a while and it ended up with this worthless company at the end. My first contact with this company was when a sherrif delivered court papers to my house, until them I have never ever heard of them before that. These people stated i owed 5500 dollars for a debt that was 7 years old and past the statute of limitations in Indiana. I started paying them 40 dollars a month and it was fine, but then I lost my job and my wife was laid off in the same month.
She got her 401K and we were living off of that until we got new jobs and one day I was in line buying groceries and my card was declined. I called Chase and they got a court order and these fuck heads froze all of the funds in my checking and savings totaling over 2800 dollars, leaving me 0. I explained the money was from my wife's 401K and was exempt , (Employee Security Investment Act of 1974) and they told me I can tella judge and then belittled me, laughed at me and called me derogatory names. Then told me that feeding my baby was not thier problem and I would have to deal with it. These fuck tards are so ruthless and the person on the phone was an evil skank. I am so over debt collectors and the ruthless nature they possess. What they did is illegal and I am going to court to shalack these ass bags in a week. Please run from the state of Indiana,
I will win my case and I will also sue these folks after this court date. I really wish our government would reign in these debt collectors.....they use evil practices and violate the law constantly. Please send them hate mail and never ever use these people.
If you look at thier history you will see a lifetime of bad debt collecting practices and ambulance chasing type law. These people should be in a morgue, not running a company.
