Our insurance company sent us the check after a couple of weeks, but had our Mortgage Company as a joint payee (even though we had already paid for the repairs). We have been waiting almost a month for our insurance check to be returned to us (with several attempts to contact them) from Roundpoint Mortgage. The loss check was a straight forward process, as we had already paid the contractor for repairs. The check was repeatedly stalled from being endorsed and returned to us. This is the worst customer service experience that I have endured with any company.
Do not use Roundpoint Mortgage unless you want to pay for missinformation and poor service.
Roundpoint Mortgage North Carolina Patricia Thompson Roundpoint took over my Mortgage I been having many problem with them, i was told if my payment money did not touch their desk it is late, they dont care when I send it out My house insurance is 117 they went up 185 homestead insurance went down 2.200 from(2.700) they refuse change it. I try refininance my house they went up on my rent Well fargo agree refinance it so Roundpoint put last fee on my credit becuase well fargo told me will refinance my house have it in black and white,.
Well fargo told me you will be in computer 1 june donot not worried they decide not refinance `me because Roundpoint mortgage told a liar never receive my mortgage I am late I have receipt in my hand they went up on my house mess up my credit, Well fargo told me need pay any money 1 June you will be on Board 1 June, I trust Well farge Roundpoint told liar I did not pay them but I did, Well fargo Told me refinance my house change their mind so I had pay back two month rent I did because Roundpoint liar on me. These people made my life a living hell. Roundpoint told me never receive my money order, Sir I did a trace on it find out they cash it.
I donot wont be under this company, becuase they are a living night mare. I talk VA, Finance,Chief Depute, I have two lawer appointment. These people is evils have no heart take people house put them on street to live and mess up their credits. Many people lost their house because or them. I am try get a apointment with new 12 and talk to Rev shaw Why these people continue make other people life bad, stressful and committ crime stealing their house nothing done about it. They go high on their mortgage why they cannot pay for it. I am veteran I service my country have the right to my benfits many other VA and other people.

Roundpoint is a very evil company, worst mortgage company out there. BEWARE they will RIP you off they are scama and thieves. They will go up high on your mortgage make it high why they steal your house from you. World system do not care about these people rip you off. Action speak loud than words. These people belong in jail. Keep your receipt, tell a liar you did not pay your mortgage.
They will damages your credit get away nothing is done about it. There are about two hundred complain on these people. Donot let them go into your Bank account. I try refinance my house try to get away from them they put late charge on my criedit, try get my house. Remember their is no one out their help you, but your self. These people out their continue doing there evils. Go up on your mortgage, make your life living hell, stress and night mare. These people love putting people on the street to live. NO ONE CARE!
