Routhmeir Sterling Inc has violated the FDCPA and has harassed me and my family for debt that I have not acknowledged. I have asked them to stop contacting me and their are refusing to honor my request. They have also failed to recite the mini miranda. Be aware, Routhmeir Sterling Inc is a scam collection agency. They have been reported to the Iowa Attorney General office and the FTC. The rep who kept calling was Jeremy Martinez. The Legal Operations Manager is Becky Cooper.
I got in trouble a few years ago with a couple of credit cards. Routhmeir Sterling helped me settle it for an amount I could manage and at final payment they showed the accounts as paid in full. I owed the money but I am in a better employment situation now and they helped me get these accounts paid off.

The people at Routhmeir Sterling were very responsive in helping me and my husband work out our
difficult financial situation. My husband was hurt on his job and was on temporary disability. Our income
was based mostly on my salary and his small disability check. They helped us restructure our debts with
creditors and advised us on how to make this bad situation much better. We are now at least making payments
to Routhmeir Sterling and our other creditors monthly and feel much better now that the pressure is greatly reduced.
Other collections companies have been rude, but it was very nice to work with them.
