Cindy Branham represents herself as knowing what she is doing, has an excellent Marketing strategy, and rides under the shirt tail of R & D Ranch in Topeka, KS, but she is a mean, bullying human. She forces the horses into submission and then intimidates both the poor animal and the owners. She expects everyone to believe what she says as to be truth, but if you investigates or question what she says she flies into a uncontrollable rage. She will scare you into going along with what she says.
She takes health, sane, happy, animals and creates scared animals that are predicable and fearful of her.Once she gets them where she wants them she turns them over to the owner who can not control them and end up having to work with her to manage the animal or hire another trainer to correct the serious scarey problem.
R & D Ranch was a wonderful well cared for, family owner establishment until Cindy Branham came along. She has run off all boarders that have minds of their own or don't fall for her line of training. The Branham family lives on the property so no one has peace when at the facility. While living on property they also abuse the property owners (which are older) to the point where the owners have No say so over the way the facility is run, hence giving Cindy full rein to abuse boarders and boarders friends and trainers.
Be very careful when around this facility and Cindy Branham. Best descriptive word for Ms. Branham is BULLY. Mean evil and unpredicable.
